I went to SOT for my first time last night. I’ve been sober for 9 months, so going out to bars with friends has been a source of anxiety for me as a lot of places don’t have NA options or are rude when I ask. I asked the waiter Ethan what options were available, and he was super nice and excited to share all the options. I told him he could make whatever kind of mocktail he wanted for me. He went above and beyond asking me what kind of NA liquor I wanted, what type and flavor of drink I was feeling, and even asked what type of cocktail glass I wanted it in. Ethan made me an amazing drink in a martini glass with NA gin, cucumber, shrubs, and other fancy things I don’t remember. The presentation was amazing, and I ordered another one it was so good. I couldn’t believe there was no booze in it. This was by far my best mocktail experience I have had not just because of the drink but because of the service and kindness that Ethan showed me. More cocktail bars should be accommodating like SOT for people who don’t drink alcohol but still want to enjoy a fancy cocktail. 10/10 service by Ethan. He deserves to be promoted if he isn’t already. Thank you!
Solid drink menu from bartenders who are incredibly friendly, helpful and creative. TVs are a bit distracting but helps with a more convivial atmosphere.
Love this little spot! Very good vibes and WONDERFUL drinks. I got a mocktail that was absolutely delicious, and my friend got the Apricot About Dre and had to be careful to not drink it too fast because it was so good! It’s a small and intimate place; great for drinks with friends or pre-dinner spot ❤️
Had a lovely evening with friends having cocktails. Great bartender and waitress and drinks were great.Fun vibe with amazing names for the drinks: Dillie Elish, Better than Ezra etc. Stop by and check it out.
My family and I stopped in while we were at KC for spring break, and it was so good! (Thanks to Jackson Mahomes for letting us know this place exists?)The staff was super friendly and the drinks were also good. The atmosphere was chill and we had a good time! (:
Amazing drinks, incredible bartenders, outstanding service. I would recommend SoT to anyone who appreciates the finer things in life. Please try the “Spice is Right” cocktail - you won’t regret it!
To be honest I've never been to this bar, but i did see their LEGENDARY response to an egotistical, whiney, self-entitled, ride the coat tails of my brothers talent type person who thought he was special. I'm up in Buffalo (Go Bills!) but Im coming to Kansas City soley for the SoT!! Ive heard it's an amazing bar to begin with, but now it's officially EPIC! #fortheSoT
The ambiance of SoT is stellar, and the cocktails are even better. You may have to wait a while for open seating, but it is worth the wait.

We heard that we needed to try this place. We certainly were not disappointed. Great drinks and great customer service. When we are back in the area, we will be back!
