VERY slow service. We waited 10 minutes just to place our order and I get to get it. 2 shakes. I asked for a coupon for a discount due to the SlOW service and the gal flat said NO. Lololol. Customer service is a thing of the past. Hideous.
My six year old grandson loves Sonic so we have tried ordering online the last two weeks. Last week I ordered the Ultimate Meat and Cheese Burrito and got a basic burrito. This week I ordered the Ultimate Meat and Cheese Burrito and I got nothing! It was frustrating watching my husband and grandson eat their dinner while I had none. Gotta find a better place to get burgers!
Just sat for 15 minutes in a stall after hitting red button and no one even acknowledged we were there, we finally just left and went to Burger King down the street. Weekends are the absolute worst here.
Mainly go for the drinks! Drinks usually on point. Sometimes go for snacks on busy days. Friendly staff. Always order in the app & pull up. Don’t seem to have many issues when ordering thru app.
Fast food speeds, with diner quality. When a craving for a burger and fries hits only sonics will do. The blizzards and limeades are a wonderful treat.
Didn't order a big order this time. I did have a grape slushie, also some french toast sticks. Customer service very friendly and manageable good. No complaints hope the service continues to be good.
It was absolutely awful we waited for 30 minutes and still got the wrong order then the manager was rude and threatened to not give us our food or money back I felt bullied and robbed.
The food over the last year has been ok. I had to write this though, because I was in a hurry the other day. The service was fast, staff was great and it turned out to be the best sonic burger i have ever had. Great job.
Ordered a Super Sonic breakfast burrito, which basically translated to an onion and jalapeno burrito. Seriously, this is probably half of the jalapenos in this thing and it was absolutely packed with onions, oh, and there were 2 pieces of sausage. Not exactly appetizing. I get the idea that the person who made it doesn't exactly care about quality product.
Staff was very kind! Always asking if we need salt, ketchup, etc. If they mess up your order (which they don't do often) they fix it fast! Overall, great place to go!
