I used the app to do a mobile order, and when they brought out my blast, it was not had I had ordered it at all (I payed 4 extra dollars for whip topping, caramel, cookie dough pieces) so I pressed the button and told them and the girl said she will be right out, so I’m thinking she will bring me a new one or at least bring out what was missing but no instead she comes out and takes the blast and goes back inside leaving me outside waiting for another 15 minutes, only to return and the only thing she did was add a very small amount of whip topping, but none of the other add on’ s. I was hot and tired of waiting so I said a forget it and left very unhappy and unsatisfied.
Ordered a double cheeseburger and small chili cheese fries. Both were served fresh and delicious. The wait was a bit long but it was packed so we didn't really see a reason so complain. We knew what we were getting into when we parked. Staff wasn't very customer service focused but again they were super busy but that shouldn't deter them from being friendly at least. We will return.
Worst experience. I suggest you avoid this location of possible. I avoided this location for at least a year due to poor customer service. One year later we drove up to order throughdrive thru only to be told they were only taking door dash we ordered door dash pick up and waited until it says they are preparing it. We were told to pay at the window. We go to the window only to be told they don't have our order on their screen so they can't make it this is after we waited 20 minutes in line then another 20 minutes after we ordered door dash pick up. We showed the supposed manage the DD confirmation and the message that said If we cancel we won't get a refund because they had already started preparing it. The "manager" said that's not our problem you have to contact door dash. I asked for the store manager's name, number and store number. He bright back a piece of paper with his name and store phone number I guess. I said where is the store number he said that's it. I said not the phone number the store number. He said he didn't know what I was talking about. Now if he's the manager WHY WOULDN'T HE KNOW THE STORE NUMBER? I TRIED TO EXPLAIN WHAT THAT WAS. HE LOOKED BLANK. I hate blasting young black men but I hate poor customer service more. When you leave a complaint with the store number someone has to address or. Maybe he knew that. I think they kudzu didn't want to make anymore food and shut down and go home. Terrible. If you don't feel like seeing the public why do you apply for these types of jobs. Do sunbathing else thank God for IHOP and Whataburger. So go to this location at your own risk be prepared to wait for nothing. There won't be a sign warning you That they're not taking orders.
Dashers beware. This sonic does not make doordash orders during busy times. My dash order was ordered at 5:50, the dasher got there at 6:02 and they told him they were making it. After waiting awhile they told him to pull to another stall, where they made him wait until 7:20 before they brought him my food. They told him he had to wait because they were busy and made him wait through the dinner rush.
Ordered off door dash I ordered two sonic double burgers and mozz sticks when it arrived it was cold and the burger was plane I went back to see if I ordered it like that on accident but no my order was correct I had everything on it besides mustard but when I got it it only had mustard and mayo and only one pattie. My friend use to work at this location he said "they don't wear hair nets, they barely wash their hands and they slack off and come to work high" this is so unprofessional.
Nice and clean. No major cosmetic issues to the building or lot. Received the correct did and drinks. The employee taking the order seemed as if she'd rather be anywhere, but at her job.
I completed a door dash order where I had a OREO SHAKE EXPRESSO and a few slushes.When I got my order I was surprised to just find coffee with ice.I then went to my app to see if I didn’t do something but no my order was correct.I don’t know if it was just a lack of effort or they didn’t know what they are doing.I was very disappointed with this because I have no time to go back and get a refund.I also had another bad experience with this same somic with a slush incident.I didn’t care as much think it was a bad day or something but because of this I know it just this sonic.
This location couldn't get an order right if they tried. For some reason, I keep giving this place another opportunity. Every single time, they manage to screw something up. Now I'm stuck here with a gross caramel shake I don't want.
Ordered a brioche breakfast sandwich. Not sure how i ended up with lettuce tomato and mayo on it?
Good afternoon. I have been loving this place every since I've been put up on game about it. I took my family here for dinner. 2 number 3s and a chicken tenders kids meal. The two meals were Cold the toppings were wilted and the bacon was greasy as heck. Keep in mind I love Sonics but not this location. I asked for a refund back which this happened on the 5th. All of the other locations are safe.
