Excellent Stay at the hotel. However the service for dining was quite disappointing. My husband and I were seated immediately and apparently forgotten about after 45 minutes of waiting to place an order we decided to leave the restaurant and travel the city to find another fine dining experience being we had chosen the Fontaine for a romantic experience this service was quite disappointing. Again all other experience of the stay was absolutely astonishing
Everyone was so friendly and helpful!! I loved the building, and the room was beautiful; the bed was so comfortable!
We've stayed at the Fontaine several times now and every time it has been one for the books! We love this place and its wonderful staff. Keep up the great work
Oof. Just checked in..... dust everywhere in the room...walls aren't even painted and the cabinet literally hanging on by a thread. If you want luxury...avoid. They couldn't even bother to dust at all.. what a disappointment for nearly $300/night.

Room was beautiful and Tyrah at the front desk was amazing. However, that's where the list of good stops. There is ZERO guest service. They do not clean your room or freshen towels during your stay. They do not offer any sort of room service. We were told to go downstairs and pick up our own towels and water/soda/wine. The dirty glasses from the wine and mimosas were left the entirety of our stay. We were on our honeymoon, and we're told to "go out and explore the nearby restaurants " by the night staff. We thought we had chosen an incredible place to stay, but instead, cut our trip short and checked out early. Will definitely post in social media sites to warn future guests not to stay here if expectations are for being in a clean room and treated like the $2000 tab indicated we should have been. Terrible experience.
