On 5/28, I drove away from this location with my smoothie and noticed something strange in it. There were many little pieces of wax paper or plastic wrap in the smoothie. I went back and they made a new one for me. That was nice, but I was leery about drinking it. It was OK.There were four young men working at the store..all probably 17 or younger. They were messing around, tossing the lids to the blenders in the air, some of which landed on the floor. I think that some adult supervision is needed at this store if you want to keep customers happy and coming back. These smoothies aren't cheap!
The minimum drive thru wait is 15minutes.I repeat, 15 minutes minimum. Doesn’t matter time of day. It has been this way for over a year now unfortunately. (15 minutes is a low estimate, estimate for at least 20 minutes if you plan to visit on a lunch break)Currently writing this review as I have waited now 16 minutes in the drive thru….why do I keep coming back??
Went there and got smoothie and the worker had a really bad attitude.
After my yoga class this morning, I was going to give this location a try (due to its location near my yoga studio). I was there about 7:15 am in the drive-thru and when no-one came to request my order, I drove up to the window to find it closed.
I stop by here are a couple times a week before work. The staff is always super friendly and answers any questions you have about a specific type of smoothie. I’ve never had to wait in line that long either, they move quick! Smoothies always taste great. I usually go for the Caribbean Way or angel food. Great location!
Don’t go to this smoothie king if you don’t have at least 20 minutes to spare. I have never been to this location without spending at least 20 minutes waiting. It would be about 10 minutes quicker to just drive to the other side of liberty and go to that location and get back than to go to this one. I don’t get it ?
I have gotten the banana boat smoothie at 2 other locations and I LOVE IT. Got it here, I ordered a small but they accidentally put is as large with was ok I didn't mind. Took a big sip and expected it to taste great like always, but it just tasted like milk :/ huge dissapointment for 8$.
We love the strawberry kiwi, it's a refreshing guilty pleasure.
To the young man working by himself this morning, you're a Rockstar! I placed an online order a little after 8 am, my pickup time was 8:29. I arrived at the store to a line of customers inside and out. I've never seen someone put out as many smoothies as fast as this kid, all while maintaining his professionalism and customer service. I waited about 30 minutes for my order. It was well worth it to see the support of all the customers he was serving. Great job, my man! I hope your manager recognizes and rewards your dedication to your job.
I recommend the Banana Boat plus peanut butter.
