Not a great experience at all, signed up for rewards and had a $2 off coupon that I got on the spot on their iPad and was told it didn’t exist. The lady was pretty rude and dismissive of everything I said. My smoothie had an insanely bitter aftertaste and I was unable to drink it. I get the same smoothie with the same enhancers every single time, so something was wrong. I love smoothie king, and this location was the most disappointing one. Wasted $10 on an undrinkable smoothie.
The best part about our experience was Nazz (the only employee in the store)! She was so patient with us, didn’t get overwhelmed, and was super kind and friendly. We ordered the Caribbean Way and the Pure Recharge with mango and strawberry. Delicious! And crazy smooth. We will definitely be back! Facilities and bathrooms were clean. Bathrooms were out of paper towels.
I went yesterday and ordered a lemon twist strawberry & tart cherry extreme! AMAZING! A great employee by the name of Nazz worked and prepared the smoothies for us. (She was all by herself too) She showed great customer service, excellent speed, and overall was fun to watch. She’s great! I will be back soon!!
Someone needs to tell them to stop adding so many sugar squirts to the smoothies! I like my smoothies healthy, not dense with sugar. The smoothies here are always wayyy sweeter than the other smoothie kingsupdate: Thank you for your response. If there is no added sugar, why are they so sweet? I believe there is added sugar. I was told by the employee that they add cane sugar. It was added in the form of a syrup type— which is why i referred to it as “squirts of sugar”. However, if this is misinformation than my apologies. I’m just uncertain as to why my smoothies are ridiculously sweet.
Favorite place to get a smoothie UNTIL TODAY, watching the worker drink the remaining left over smoothie mix after every customer at the counter and then Didn’t even fill my cup all the way to the top I’m sure for the reason wanting to save herself some. Very unsanitary
I come here regularly and today I accidentally made a mistake by grabbing someone else’s smoothie which was a typical smoothie I normally get but today I decided to try something new. The employees working there are quite young and one of them was rude about me grabbing the wrong one because they did not call out a name, just the type of smoothie. I asked for a refund after one of them was rude about the situation and completely blamed me. I’m all for kindness and was having a rough day at work after only catching 3 hours of sleep…probably won’t be coming back after the kids there all laughed as I walked out. I get being understaffed, but there needs to be an adult there too.
I usually go for the Friday special. This time I got the Vegan pumpkin. It's a total hit with me. I always get vegan smoothies and they never disappoint. Keep it up! I am kinda loyal to one store, stateline only!. ? What can I say?!
