I love the "Dirt and Worms" Concrete, and order it every time I come by. It is most certainly real bonafide dairy (so if you're lactose intolerant, make sure you have Lactaid on hand before indulging), and it tastes very good. The service here is hit or miss. I wasn't impressed with the service I got this most recent visit, the cashier seemed almost dismissive but maybe I'll just chalk it up to him not having a great day.Unfortunately, this most recent visit, they seemed to have skimped with the gummy worm topping amount (I got a lot more gummy worms on top on my previous visit), which was slightly disappointing.I'm thinking the quality of service might have something to do with the busyness of Crown Center as a whole; it was a zoo yesterday when I went but my previous visits were off-peak days and hours. I'd probably suggest going when it's not so overwhelmingly busy.

Worst experience ever . It will go below one star . The lady at the register wantedly did not want to understand my order . She was very rude . She acted as if she couldn’t understand my “English “ . This was my first experience at Sheridan’s at the downtown KC and will be my last experience ..

Great flavors and prices are not bad.

Good ice cream. The mini concrete sizes are big compared to what I expected

Lady at the register with attitude needs to be a police officer rather than a frozen custard server. She is at the register and did not have anytime for my questions she made excuses when I told her she didn't add whipped cream in the latte. Horrible experience . Told her can you add milk and she gave me a whole cup of milk from the fridge. I mean if I wanted to make my own lattes why the hell would I come here and pay her 30 dollars for a few things on the menu.. rude absolutely rude ..

First one star review. Terrible service. I stood in line and was told that they had “closed” when I had arrived at 7:55pm. There were people being served in the line. After pointing out the website said closing time was 8:30 they said they closed whenever they run out of custard. Another employee then said the machine was running low on custard. The other employee appeared frustrated and snarky said I could open the line again. I was rushed through the line along with several other customers. Even while waiting for my serving other people were turned away. Not sure what was going on but even though the custard was good I doubt I’ll return due to the poor experience.

Went to this location (Crown Center) to get ice cream and while waiting in line, I noticed that the cashier switched from making ice cream orders to ringing customers (handling cash) back to making orders with NO handwashing in between. I could not believe my eyes. Of course, I left immediately!!!

Wouldn't serve me for not wearing face mask. I had a placard around my neck stating I am exempt from mask wearing because of a disability. It is against the law for a business to refuse service because I am unable to wear a mask. Please see the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Read your ordinances correctly and then enforce them correctly. Customers in front of me all removed masks to order. Let's think about that logic for a minute...

Friendly, convenient, and they accepted Apple Pay which was great when I forgot my wallet at home.

We got the Royal Turtle. And oh boy, did we make the right desicion!!! We were super pleased and it was just right for the husband and I to share!
