I ordered chicken from Sharx this morning, for my office. Super excited because the chicken is always great from here, I even spend extra to have their chicken delivered. Today, was the complete opposite. I got chicken from Sharx and it was burnt, you could barely taste the lemon pepper, and had a lack of flavor because of the burnt grease. Reached out to the manager and he was un-personable, and stand-offish. Not professional at all. To make it even worse, he was the one who cooked it so he didn't even want to admit that he burnt it or made a mistake. Was not looking for a refund, just an apology saying "hey my bad I'll make it right and won't let it happen again." Definitely not a good experience this time around.
The nicest owners/workers. If you must have your chicken or fish fried then this is the place. Not greasy, salty and good portions. Has small orders if you're just snacking!
Delicious ? I got catfish and jumbo shrimp with coleslaw. Generous portions and fresh! They season it right.
I don’t understand how they have a 4 star rating it was terrible here the wait is rediculous and the workers are completely rude!!!
The men working were very nice and informative! We got our food in about 10 minutes. IT WAS THE BOMB!!!!!!!!!!! The cat fish was seasoned to Perfection, ocra is not easy to master,, but OMG they slayed it........everything was so so so good. I wish we had one in Wichita KS I will definitely eat there again when I'm in the Kansas City Area! The only thing I will say I didn't like was the price lol because I'm cheap not because it wasn't worth it. It was very much worth the price!!!!
Chicken is good the chickens and fries are good I have never haven't tasted the fish or anything but the shrimp they're all so good
Taste of food was bad due too old grease being used to cook chicken, fish and fries. I'm so disappointed in this meal.
Stopped on my way home ,order ten pieces of chicken wings and fries. The chicken was over cooked and burned . Damn near black. Can’t believe that this was served to the public. This location is off my list .

I ordered a pizza puff with fries, always been my favorite. I woke up at 5 am with straight food poisoning. Throwing up and everything for hours. My stomach is on 12,000 right now. Sad to say, but I’m not going there any more & I loved that place. ???
