Not disappointed, in fact really liked it the first time. Went back for lunch and the interior was clean and the food as good as we remembered. We will be back again.
Fries were really good, the cheese on the bacon cheese fries has great flavor. The burger was tasty too, I had the shroom burger which is fried and out inside.
I always have a good experience here. Last time I went, about a month ago, they forgot to put cheese on my sister’s order of cheese fries. The woman I spoke to about getting the cheese for those was very kind, and went above and beyond to rectify the situation, without my asking her to. Shout out to Isis for her 10/10 customer service skills! She deserves a raise.
1st time here. Yes, I know. They've been here for awhile, I've just never had it. It was really good though. Only cin I had was my Shack Chicken sandwich was a little on the small side. I'm not sure how comfortable I am paying $7 for a "mini" sandwich. Other than that, the mayo they put on the sandwich is really good. Also, whoever the girl was bussing the tables was WORKING!

I actually was at the store down the street and was just passing by. But the smell of the burgers being cooked made me stop and look where it was coming from...Just then, a waitress stepped out to serve two guys their order of burgers and fries. Omg, I had to have the same thing! Ordering was quick, I got it quick and it was the best burger I have ever eaten. I will be back. Oh, the crispy crinkle cut fries are on point too!

There were about 6 workers and two patrons waiting for their food when we came into the restaurant. We made eye contact with a few workers in the back chatting. Then we waited in a line of zero people waiting except us for about 3-5 minutes. After we inconvenienced the cashier to finish chatting (I didn’t interject or anything they simply leisurely finished their chat all 4-6 of the workers) we placed our orders. I wanted chicken and my wife wanted a smoke shack burger. We were informed the fryer is off soo no chicken. I just decided on smoke shack and fries. When paying there was a prompt for a tip (I would offer a verbal advice tip but definitely not monetary at $21 for two single patties and a fry with a side of annoyed cashier attitude). The whole situation made me want to just leave because I could feel the lack of interest and overall attitude/vibe of the place reeked. After we got our food the fries were old cold and the “beef” burgers were cold yet completely burnt to a crisp. I believe this burger should be renamed petrified shack burger! I will definitely not come back to this horrible establishment!
Stumbled onto this place looking for a snack on the Plaza...line was pretty long but not moving much. So I jumped online and placed an order for pick-up. 5-10 minute wait and we sat while our order was being prepared. Crinkle fries were ok...a tad undercooked. Drinks were pretty small for what we paid. It looks like they have issues with loitering...large cop right in the doorway and we heard him get his briefing from the manager. Would go back in a pinch but there are other options in the area.
I normally love shake shack and have gone there a couple of times while on vacations. However, this location gave me awful food poisoning. It has taken days to recover from and I am still not able to eat much. Just something to be aware of because it could mean food is not being cooked properly or cleanliness is not top tier!! Just want no one else to experience this because it is miserable!
