I remember when Seva first opened, it was some of the best food in Kansas City and it quickly became a regular for my family and I. Sadly I moved to Boston 5 years ago, but I still drop in for dinner or the buffet every time I make it back to KC, they never disappoint. The food is excellent, they are have always been happy to accommodate any reasonable request, and the staff is always so friendly. Seva continues to be one of my favorite places, nearly worth the trip to KC on its own.

Their sauces always have the richest and best flavors. The staff are super helpful and polite. Their Chai is amazing. I have had several menu items and all of them have been great. This is one of the best Indian restaurants I have been to!

Perfect spot for a tasty buffet lunch on the weekend or takeaway on fast paced weeknight. Haven't had a dish I disliked yet and there are so many wonderful GF and vegetarian options as well - they even make GF roti and veggie pakora! If you like dishes with a kick (like we do), they will adjust the spice to order - just ask for hot instead of the mild version of your favorite menu items. The staff are always friendly and all of this makes Seva my go-to northland stop for Indian cuisine.

I can't say enough good things about Seva Cuisine. The food is amazing and cooked to your spice level. The staff is friendly and hard working. I've eaten there dozens of times and never once had bad food or service.

I really, really love and appreciate Indian cuisine. But this buffet was very disappointing for $18 a person. We must make peace with the death of Indian cuisine lunch buffets in KC’s post-covid world. I know we all miss it, but this will not fill the void unfortunately.

I tried their weekend lunch buffet. It is a GREAT way to try a variety of Indian foods if your not sure what you'll like! I liked almost everything!

Seva is hands down my favorite restaurant in the area. The food is amazing every time. I highly suggest getting some veggie pakora with your meal, it's the best I've found anywhere.

I use to enjoy coming here all the time for the lunch buffet but now it's only available on the weekends. Selection is minimal but really tasty. My goto Indian restaurant. The service/staff is top notch and friendly. Love coming here.

Service was good but this isn’t authentic Indian food. Its very Very bland for us made for only American palette not for one’s that expects spicy/ Indian flavors.Indian food is all about flavorsI felt it very pricey for the food options they have.Buffet is 17.99 +tax per person. Definitely over priced for the food they haveIn conclusion , this place is not for youIf you are looking for authentic Indian or flavorful foodIf you are looking for spicy foodIf you are looking for lot of food options in buffet

I love Indian food, I usually eat it more often than I do Ethiopian food, however with these guys here, the food was overly spicy (which makes it hard to enjoy) even though I stated I wanted the spice level very mild, I don’t want tear running down my face while I’m eating, and secondly I ordered the Channa Massala which is my fav since I’m vegetarian, the chickpeas were under cooked and hard and the texture was watery (the actual texture is usually creamy)! Not going back there.
