Great spaces and area; robotic server delivering food for funSquid salad: a bit salty to me, can be helped with more limes. Nigiri is fresh, smaller compared to other places I've been to.
The sushi rolls are too notch and the crab Rangoon and edamame apps are tasty! Great service and atmosphere! Dulce’ is a great and attentive server!!
I went on Mother's Day and everything was amazing. The environment, the food, the service, everything! We were lucky enough to arrive right before lunch ends (3pm) so we also saved some money so it was a win all around! Sayachi Sushi has quickly become my new favorite spot for quality sushi! P.S. I recommend the squid salad, crab rangoons and any sushi roll. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Best sushi in town! We have been here 4 times and each is as satisfying as the first!! The quality and swiftness of the service and food is top notch and the the taste of each and every item is splendid. If you are a sushi chaser this is your place to be! The service is virtually perfect too ;)
The food, atmosphere, and service are great. The lunch specials are a real bargain. All of the food is good but the Ramen is ready excellent.
Wish I would’ve visited sooner. Cute little Brookside sushi joint. Ordered a couple rolls and few other items - really tasty. The fish was fresh, service was fast, and atmosphere was friendly. My brother thought the same. They have a cool robot that delivers your food. Would be a nice date spot and it’s close to couple other bars/restaurants that you could hop around to. The owners also own Jarocho Mexican seafood spot which I def plan to visit now.
It's the ideal place to sit, eat some sushi, and enjoy the energy of a peaceful space. The ambiance is absolutely invigorating. First, the acoustics are stellar. Second, I was able to type emails and talk on the phone without interruption or distributing others. Lastly, the natural smells blended with music put the icing on the cake. Along with that, the staff is kind and respectful; They're incredibly situationally aware and just plain good people! There is even a sushi robot on staff! A unique approach to contactless service! After giving the server your order, it delivers it to you with a friendly greeting. Oh yeah, the food is excellent too! I could eat their Gyoza and Kansas City Roll for days!! An all-around gem in the heart of Brookside.
Clearly the best sushi in KC and not particularly close. They actually know what they are doing. Very good quality fish prepared well and very reasonable prices.My 2 year-old loved the gyoza and edamame. He found the spicy crab roll a little spicy and possibly used the word “icky” but I would not trust his judgment on this.They have a new robot that may be the best server in town! (Tipping etiquette for robot server unclear.)
