Ruby was a fantastic server. She was pleasant to talk to, she took care of us, and the kitchen made up some great lunch.
Placed a pick up order, when I went in they weren't busy at all. Front staff was friendly and got the order quickly. However they missed several notes on my burger : over cooked & didn't remove items as requested. We had asked for additional sauce & both sauces given were the wrong ones. Both burgers were OK, not great. Onion rings were tasty. I like Red Robin but this location did not meet expectations sadly.
I will share the details of my experience and tell you. If it wasn't for our service I wouldn't have paid for my meal. Food. Great. Service . Great. But soup. Should be hot. Asking a diabetic while tussling over soft drinks more than once. You want diet? Yes. Diet? Yes. I'd like soup. More than room temperature. At this point I wouldn't care if you microwave the soup of the day. Soup is served hot. Thank you , your Kansas City butcher ??
Fast and friendly service. They said my burger would take 15 minutes and it did take 15 minutes. I picked up and paid in about 2 minutes. There were benches and very nice flower pots outside overflowing with various flowers. It was clean inside the the staff was friendly and helpful. All around good experience. The food was pretty good too no complaints. Pretty decent burger and fries. I asked for everything on the side and ketchup and mustard on the burger and I did in fact get ketchup and mustard on the burger with a separate container with all the fixins on the side. It's not a tricky order but some places get it wrong or make a mess of it but this was perfect. Great job to the staff.

My opinion, skip it. I usually like Red Robin restaurant when I visit on occasion, but this location was lacking in so many areas.Before I checked into my hotel, I stopped here for a quick bite at 9:35 & I was informed by the bartender that I needed to hurry and decide, because the kitchen was closing down in 2 minutes. She was unfriendly, curt and seemed bothered that we came in to eat.The boneless wings were overcooked and hard. The $2.99 margarita was a joke! It came "pre-made" from a tap & flavored with a "syrup" in white squeeze bottles and tasted like Gatorade, it was disgusting.Go somewhere else that understands how to provide friendly service to customers and serves quality food.
If your looking for a great burger for lunch, this place doesn't disappoint. I enjoy the vast amount of choices. They have something for everyone. Even us Keto guys and gals. Don't get me started on the endless sides..honeyyy
We were greeted & seated by a very nice young man; He was also our server. He was attentive to our needs throughout our whole visit.The food was also good. It was cooked to the correct the temperatures. We have never jad any problems with food or server when we have gone.
Let me take a moment to first off tell you about our amazing Server.Tye, he has been with RR on and off for 5 years and yes, he KNOWS his stuff. I told him to surprise me with one of his favorites. He sure did.I took my client there and let me tell you, even he was very happy!!I never would have imagined Teriyaki on a hamburger would be A-mazzzz-ing!!! But yes!! It was. I highly recommend it.Let me stress,Tye and all the staff were amazing, hustling all over and never missed a beat. Even right after the lunch rush!!Way to go team!!!I love bragging on my servers and this one, needs a bump up in the team for sure!!He knows his stuff, gets to know his tables and keeps up!Amazing and will for sure be back.Wonder what he will pick next!!
It was an awesome place to stop and the bacon fondue burger was excellent. The server Avery was sweet
