Made an order on the app for pickup at 11:15am. Waited patiently until 11:30am and politely asked the employee working if they had my order. They seemed very confused and asked what my order was. I repeated the order and they threw the sandwich towards me and then cursed at me. The order was completely wrong. Seems as thought they didn’t know how to complete an online order, and when confronted, had abysmal customer service. Potbelly’s corporate office has been contacted

I normally love grabbing a quick bite here with my sister. It has become tradition for us. We absolutely love the food. Sadly My view point has definitely changed. The customer service was horrible! I get it. Everybody is entitled to have a rough day. This was just down right disgraceful! We try to stay very joyful and happy people. After that experience we have decided to never go back to that location. I’m very disappointed in the way the team carried their selves. Also for some old reason they decided to close 30 minutes earlier then usual.

This review is based on three separate visits to this location. I gave this place 2 stars because the food was delicious, but everything else about this location says 1 star. The first time we ate there the woman working forgot to make my wife's sandwich. After 10 mins we asked about it and she had "forgotten". She never apologized. The second time they forgot to add my drink to my mobile pickup. This most recent time for my mobile order they forgot to cut my sandwich in half, gave me the wrong drink, and barely added mayo to my sandwich. My order was also late. I'm guessing they got the order so wrong because of the 2 employees working the one making all the mobile orders had earbuds in. I'm extremely disappointed with the service at this location and will choose to find somewhere less convenient for the sake of good service.

I wish I could say that this place was at least ok, most sandwich places are at least that. Should be an easy thing to run but I get it's hard to find good help these days. The sandwiches were very very small I had half a slice of turkey on my sandwich there was no condiments For $50 a full slice of turkey would have been nice, the cookies were old very chewy and hard. The vitamin water drink was good though lol.

I was very unimpressed with this place. It was nice in the restaurant but the restroom was disgusting. It was filthy in there and smelled very strongly of weed. I don’t know if this is a problem that many other people have had but it was awful.

Love the Mac and cheese. My favorite sandwich is the Chicken Club but the Meatball is a strong second. Those meatballs are so flavorful! Every soup I have tried tasted so fresh!. Love this place.

I had the best experience with this store. I had never ordered from them before but ordered delivery and my sandwich came wrapped so well, that it was still warm and toasty! My soup was packaged with extra foil on top to prevent spillage. Just every aspect was good. Loved my Turkey avo sandwich and the chicken pot pie soup- get it with the topping; you won’t regret it!

I’ve worked in food so I understand things get busy but I’ve never seen a staff move so slow. When things are busy and you have a lobby full of people you pick it up a little. I mean I was in shock at how slow these people were moving. You would think there’s no wait at all. I had an online order and waited over 30 minutes. They were having the people who came in to order orders ready way before mine and I had placed mine 30 minutes earlier. If you have somewhere to be literally do not waste your time. As much as I love Potbelly the service has killed it for me. Please do something about your staff because it will kill your business.

Staff were not friendly and treated me rather dismissively. When they made a mistake on my order, they were short with me before remaking the sandwich and basically tossing it at me with an insincere apology. Management doesn't seem to care to respond to feedback or improve. I've consistently received poor service here.
