I love Popeyes, but this time couldn't enjoy my chicken because it was spicy! I NEVER order spicy foods because I can't tolerate it on my tongue. I did online order so I'm not sure how it got messed up!
Great customer service Alyssa at the window and the gentlmen that took the order were both very polite. I try to honor good customer service by giving a shout out. There were 7 cars ahead of me and I was through the line and at the window in less than 5 mins. I was seriously impressed. All pleases and thank yous all the way through from the staff. I'm impressed.
I will not return to this restaurant. The staff is as friendly as a pit of snakes. I asked if they had honey for biscuits and the cashier was really put out by having to reach behind the counter . To be honest I would rather eat a handful of dirt then return to this restaurant. If I could give negative stars I would be happy to give a minus 5.
This is literally the worst fast food establishment I’ve ever been to in my life. I’ve been here a good handful of times and today was my last. If you come here they’re probably not going to have half of whatever you’re going to want to order. Never ask for anything like sauce on the side, or to have pickles temoved from your sandwhich, or just any type of favor out of common courtesy because it will not be granted at all. This place is ran by a bunch of kids that probably never get proper training because the managers there are so lazy man. I’d give them each $100 if they could show me a High School Diploma. Customer service is 0/10. Tonight (at 9:10pm on a Monday) All the doors are locked with the lights and nobody responding through the intercom in Drive Through. 5 girls are just at the front counter/register just hanging out and having fun. Claimed to be out of chicken and claims they close at 7pm. No where on a sign around the store or online or anywhere says they close at 7pm. The drive through closes at 9pm. Anyways. I don’t know how i the world this place is still open. Good luck.
Stop by often, restaurant is always closed afternoons. Workers only care about online and delivery orders. EVERY CSR is rude to me and never speak to me in a polite manner when i have come in on several occasions. They have never shown me the respect as a customer. I have always found Popeyes Chicken here in Missouri to be the closest to home for me- but I am going to find another restaurant to buy my chicken. Thank You.
Trying to find a place to eat because my friends flight has been delayed for 3 hours.\\n\\nAfter driving around KC and trying not to eat at a franchise. Fail and here I am looking for that spicy chicken sandwich.\\n\\nThe service was slow but in there defense the drive-thru was crazy. It only took about 10 minutes. The crew seemed to be in high spirits considering the extended dinner rush.\\n\\nThe chicken sandwich was hot and the fries was on point. Nothing to complain about except the wait. But you already know when you walk into the dinner rush. That's why they only get 4 ?.
Last five visits they got my order wrong. Today they handed me a bag short a sandwich. When I asked they said they were out of it. What's shocking is that they didn't mention that when they handed me the bag. They didn't seem to care that they were ripping me off. It even took me more than a minute to get anyone to come back to the counter. Done with this Popeyes for good.
The chicken was hot and fresh and delicious! The mashed potatoes were just ok, I think they were instant and the gravy was not good. The biscuits are amazing!!! I could have eaten the whole box. The lady in the drive thru was very nice and explained that chicken was going to take a little bit and the food came out within the timeframe stated.

This Popeyes has great food, but slow service. Waited 15 minutes for a simple order that was placed online. They hadn’t even started when I got there. They need to hire more people and optimize the way they do things at this location.
