I have heard nixed reviews about this restaurant. I will say that the food is decent but very dry. I understand they have condiments to put on the sub but this made little difference to the taste. I got the steak and cheese,it was very dry. I probably won’t return to try out other items. Good customer service and decently priced but the quality of food was lacking.

been coming to this location 10+ years. poor girl at register isnt trained on how to ring up the soup+4" sandwhich properly. every time its exact same routine. charges a $1 extra every time. every time i politely tell her its wrong. then I pay the extra $1. its $1. who cares but everytime its like ground hog day. i love u p sub. dont hate

So I went in for a quick bite and whip out my gift card and I'm told my cards don't work anymore! Can't use today! Leave my name and number and we'll call when we get new cards that work with the new system. Can't check balance and use. Just wait for our call!Just give me my money back and I'll be through with you for good.Place is going steadily down hill.
Tried Planet Sub on State Line for the first time today. The people were awesome and the Dagwood was even better! I will definitely be back soon. Very clean store glad I gave them a try!

I hadn't been to PS since the Lee's Summit location closed. Stopped by today at the one by 135th street and they were still delicious. Friendly staff. Great staff.
