Kinda fallen off on everything. The dessert bar is still good. Pizza just sort of blah...so was the chicken. Specialty pizzas are good but the ones on the bar are not so good. Server dropped a piece of our specialty pizza and just left the mess on the floor and chair. Cleaned the table off. We went twice in two weeks thinking the first time was just a bad day for them. But it was the same way the second time. Too bad because we really liked the place before.
The taste of the food was what you would expect from Pizza Ranch. We arrived at about 2:00 pm today, the food looked old and dried out. They didn't switch any of the pizzas out. They did do a good job making sure the dessert pizzas were fresh and full. That is appreciated! Not overly impressed. The staff was very friendly!
I’d give this place 20 stars if I could. The food was delicious. The employees were attentive. It was so clean! This is the best Pizza Ranch EVER!
Hi, I am have recently started WW and needed a place with lower point foods available as well as the pizza for my family. I ate a piece of chicken breast and a big salad with loads of choices of veggies. I was able to enjoy a small piece of the dessert pizza as well. The dining area looked as if it was recently updated. Not too crowded but a good flow of families. Also, the girl at the register was pleasant. She told a little boy that one of his favorite Avenger Super heros had just been in and left him a special cup. He seemed to love that!If your looking for inexpensive, good food, lots of choices of pizza and friendly atmosphere, try out Pizza Ranch!
Listen, these guys are understaffed, it's common at a lot of places, but the ones they got are worth it. We went in and seen maybe 4 or 5 employees but they were making it work. They had fresh pizzas coming, kept up with dishes in the lobby, and still had enough respect to come out and offer your table dibs on any pizza you requested first. I wish I could have gotten names but well done.
Overall very good food. They always have very good tasting chicken. The pizza selection was good also. A few surprised me being on the spicy side but okay. I went into this location as soon as they opened, so very good selection before the lunch rush came in. Everything was nice and hot and fresh. No complaints here, with the exception that maybe the cashier could offer me a Rewards card, instead of keep asking if I have one. I keep forgetting to get one.
Definitely recommend chicken was really good and juicy, also potatoes, vegetables, varieties of gravy . Variety of pizzas and you can ask for your favorite to be made, service was excellent very good atmosphere. There is also an arcade for kids
Omg!!! This place has the best Fried Chicken take out in Kansas City... Where I'm from we call it FUNERAL CHICKEN... Let me explain!... So when someone passes away... After the services we prepare food for the grieving family... Fried chicken is ALWAYS NUMBER ONE ON THE MENU... For some reason it's the best TASTING fried chicken you ever ate... To get that taste everytime you want chicken... We go to PIZZA RANCH... Please show them some LOVE AND SUPPORT.???

I use to come here a lot, i went in today and the food wasn’t very good. The pizza was nasty, the chicken wasn’t all the way done and the potatoes where cold ? I talked the manager who wasn’t very helpful and kinda had an attitude. I probably won’t be going there again!!
