Great Vietnamese restaurant in the Columbus Park area. There is limited street parking next to the restaurant. The food was very good and flavorful. We didn't go with the pho this time, but it is very good too!If you're in the River Market/Columbus Park area and craving some good food... Make a stop here!
My husband and I love Pho Lan! It’s our go to when we crave for pho. I also appreciate that none of the staff gives us the look or makes a comment about our daughter being loud sometimes when we go in because she’s on the spectrum. She gets super excited when she sees pho, it’s her favorite. So when she gets excited she’ll clap her hands and scream out of excitement.
One of the best restaurants in Kansas City. I try to get a different dish every time I come here, and every time I am blown away. There are many wonderful Vietnamese restaurants in the city, but after coming here the first time my boyfriend and I rarely venture out to any of the others.
My absolute favorite place for pho! My family and I eat here at least once a week. Not only is their broth delicious and a great portion, but the appetizers are so scrumptious. ? To top it off, the staff is amazing!! Everybody is so sweet and always smiling. They are understaffed so you have to be understanding if you’re wanting to come in during their busier hours. Please don’t be a Karen, nobody likes Karen’s.
There were many people who I assumed were Vietnamese dining in which is always a good sign. We were seated right away, but it took quite awhile before the waiter was around to take our order. We had Vietnamese coffee while we were waiting and it was quite tasty. Our egg rolls arrived first and they were delicious. We waited a good amount of time for our entrees to arrive. My wife ordered a salad bowl and I ordered a rice plater; we were stuffed afterwards but not particularly satisfied. I wished i would have tried the pho instead. Overall, i am happy with the place, spent $24 dollars for the two of us so it definitely didn't break the bank. It was tasty and cost efficient enough to where I am willing to go back and try a few more dishes.
We stopped by on the way going to North carolina. We loved the food , the service is awesome , i defenitely recommend this place.
Me and my family come here once a week whether it's take out or dying in and we never miss a week because of how delicious the food is. this spot needs to be considered the beat pho spot in KC and its not even close. From the flavor of the broth to the quality of the ingredients it is absolutely fantastic.
I love their Pho noodle soup so much. Super tasty and flavorful. Will be back for more!!
I wish the parking was better or else I would stop by more often. I either go here or Veitnam Cafe around the corner for my Pho fix. The beef pho is good but I remember it being better before the remodel and name change. Back when this place was called Pho KC, I swear the pho was the best I ever had. Today, I had a lot of onion root that I had to take out of my pho. Wasn't as tasty as I remember but still good. Not a bad place if you want some good Pho?
We ordered Pho, Bun Bo, Rice and dry noodle. None were good, the meat were old, chewy and smelly too. Pho broth has a weird smell, like it's rotten. I only had one bit of it. I wouldn't come back.
