I wouldn't order online if you decide to go there. The menu is deceiving what you're getting from online and they won't answer or return a phone call. Something is clearly being hidden to the customer as the meat is over seasoned to the taste of beef jerky and dry. Bowls and Philly sandwiches were both dry. The portion size for sides like the salad or fries is disappointing at best. When the store first opened it had much better management.
Every time I have ordered from here they have messed up. Forgetting half the things, or having their drinks 99% water. Oh, and don't trust them if they 'give you credit' make sure you get an actual refund. Its just a ploy to get you to leave them alone and hopefully forget about it. They gave us a 20$ credit and magically 'lost' it just a couple weeks later when we went back. I am following through with a complaint to corporate about this location and its knack for ineptitude and thievery.
The food was surprisingly okay, I had a chicken philly and fries, considering they use a chicken patty and dice it up in cubes, it doesn't fill the bread and it was toasted a little to hard. Service is extremely slow, the cook was as fast as she could be, but the young lady preparing the sandwich and fries seems to purposely drag...I guess this is what service has come to post pandemic, and they actually expect us to tip. I tip for good service, not regular ok service. This was my 1st time going.
I ordered a 12 dollar steak burrito and was shocked to receive a burrito that wouldn’t even justify as a snack, no other ingredients and a handful of steak. There was more tortilla than meat even. Laziness at its finest.EDIT: Updating my review, as I have received a few good orders recently when trying again. I can't leave the review at 1 star for one bad employee. Hopefully this continues.
I had a horrible experience at this location an hour ago. Logan the cook was racist and very aggressive, the rest of the staff is rude. The guy didn't even wanna give me his name. I'll never come back to this location. I shouldn't have to deal with racism to get food.
The food was very good, preparers/servers were helpful and pleasant.
Philly and friend are always great. Seems this place is understaffed pretty frequently which is a shame for their customer service but for the price and taste, if you can spare the time, worth it. (especially is you like good fries, steak or spicy food)
This place is far from being America's best Philly. I am not saying this is a bad place, just not as good as they may think. The service was about average and the store was clean. The reason I rated it so low is because I order a chicken Philly and it was a precooked chicken breast warmed up on the grill, which didn't get very hot. The fries were pretty good.
Good food at a reasonable price. The cook seemed to get a little annoyed when we didn't know exactly what we wanted (first time visiting), but overall it was a good experience. Will be returning.
Went there just the other day. The older guy on the grill should be fired. He was so aweful he made me cry and I left. The kid said I couldn't get extra condiments on my Philly. Once the cook closes the box that's it. I have always had a few extra put on my sandwich. I have told friends and family to boycott they will not ever go again.? had to pick at least one star to post. Try 0 star's.
