Nice relaxing atmospshere, good bar service and drinks. Disappointed in the menu with just basically bar food, a few salads, but no great menu items to match the venue itself or the hotel
Birthday Celebration at The Igloo with close Family and Friends.....Chicken Quesadillas was tender and delicious The Salmon salad was perfection spicy nutmeg tequila drink was interesting.....Our waitress was a Awesome. She was seriously funny......The Birthday Card was very thoughtful and appreciated.....Thanks

Amazing place for special occasions. Celebrated my birthday in here wiry a few of my friends. The food was amazing. Each plate was decorated amazingly. The staffs were super friendly.

For $11+ for cocktails I expect them to be served in proper glasses. My husband's dirty martini was served in a PLASTIC rocks glass... even though I saw they had martini glasses....and no we weren't out by the pool.. we were in the upper level on a couch. Also, do not order a spicy margarita. Thank goodness I asked how they are prepared...I guess they ran out of jalapeños so they are using tobacco sauce ?... if you don't have the ingredients.... just don't offer it. For an up scale bar you would think they would serve their drinks in actual glasses and not plastic.. even the beer was served in a disposable solo cup.
This is the hotel bar and restaurant. The food is good, but nothing special. It is convenient, and it is poolside on the top floor.
Excellent food and service. Cozy atmosphere. Waitress Shay was very customer friendly and customer oriented. She was very thoughtful making sure we enjoyed our visit.The Chef brought the food to our table and explained what each dish was that he prepared. The Manager brought the dessert to our table. Manager was distant and somewhat non-communitive compared to most managers we come in contact with. When I asked a question concerning the dessert he wasn't very pleasant as if he was too busy and didn't want to talk at all. There were no other quest. Poor customer service and example for his employees. I will go back due to the waitress great service.
My boyfriend and I visited this bar on a Saturday night. The whole place was packed and they only had one waitress working. We waited 30 minutes for our drinks and ended up getting frustrated so we’d go get our own drinks from the bar. The service was absolutely unacceptable. Considering how classy this hotel is, I expected a better bar experience. I am very disappointed.
