Beware Rapid Pickup. Who knows what you'll get.I'm a longtime huge Panera fan but recent, persistent problems have tipped me into the negative. I've lived with regular 'try again later' errors in checkout and unexpected 'substitions' that were bizarre, but when I got home yesterday, my Asian Salad with Chicken had NO CHICKEN. And not even a word or a note when I arrived so someone could explain. I was charged in full. Sad when such a great brand falls so quickly into mediocrity.
Entered the drive through around 7pm after basketball. The line was very quick and the person taking the orders was incredibly friendly. We received our order and drove away. Only made it a block or so and received a phone call from Panera (because I used my rewards card they had my phone number). They called to tell me they made a mistake and if I could come back they would fix it. We came back and they MORE than fixed my order. We are all human and all make mistakes but to own it and go above and beyond to fix it...that is something I have a lot of respect for.Thank you Panera and ALL of your incredibly friendly employees! We will be back again!
I have never in my life experienced and seen such miss management. My better half is in the hospital and was craving a great soup, cheddar broccoli to be exact. After waiting in line for 10 minutes I was told that the wait for a soup was 30 minutes, after asking for a manager (Will) i asked if the soup was not ready and he stated it was, I again stated that I understand the short staffed issue and was not asking for a custom sandwich before anyone else because that would be rude. I only asked that he would go over and spoon soup in a bowl. If I was the manager I would have said to everyone in the establishment that if you are ordering a sandwich the wait would be 30 minutes, which I understand but if you want a soup we could handle that faster. I saw 7 people walk out that wanted soup alone, that is a loss of revenue and ridiculous to me especially since I myself am a manager. I called corporate and gave my complaint and all I got was sorry that happened, not asking for free food however I will say that I will never cater an event or eat at this place again. If your managers can't manage and make decisions that can accommodate your customers and the best interest of revenue and repeat customers than I will no longer give my companies/personal money again. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement because I love the food. #ridiculous
I like the drink program they have right now. It's bringing me in the door a lot more often than before. I'm trying all kinds of new stuff, I love the Asiago bagel , the cinnamon crunch bagel, and that chocolate chip muffin type cookie they got. Good stuff!
After waiting over 20 minutes in the drive thru line just to order, I was then told it would be an additional 20 minutes for my food. And they didn't have bread to go with my salad. This is Panara for goodness sake!!! No bread!!! But I saw them pass a loaf out to the car at the window???? Finally got my food over 30 min. Later. I'm taking my business to Jason's Deli.
Went for supper the other day and it was a pleasant experience. The tables were cleaned off. It wasn't too busy so there were plenty of seating options. Walked in and there was a person at the counter taking orders or you could use the little screen thing by the drink station. The lady was nice, friendly and very informative. We got our food pretty fast & it was delicious! In the photos are a toasted steak & white cheddar sandwich, which was very delicious. So..I've never had horseradish before or if I did it wasn't much. The sandwich has a healthy amount of horseradish on it so if your not a fan of spicy I don't recommend it, but if you are definitely try it!The bread bowl of soup was French onion soup. It was amazing! The bread was fresh and the soup was nice and hot and full of flavor. Definitely a good choice if you like soup!
Oh my gosh. Right now I'm trying to have a nice, relaxing lunch, but - There is a line cook screeching out customer names at the very TOP of her lungs every 30-40 seconds.Do you think you might get a monitor system, or wire speakers in remote spots of the seating area with a calm, mezzo, voice that says simply "Bob" and not "BOB!!!!" when our orders are ready?Honestly.
So to start off, I usually love Panerai. That being said, I ordered today and got very ill. I called them not to get a refund or anything else just to let them know something with their salad has turned. I don't feel like I was heard. I was just offered a comp card and I was dismissed. I just don't want someone else to get sick. I will still order Panera in the future but you might want to work on you customer service.
Love this Paneras location! I go often and it is my favorite meeting place to catch up with friends. Rarely am I disappointed.Everything they have is always fresh and good. Do get there EARLIER IN THE DAY if you want any of the baked breads or desserts because they sell out fast it seems.Today was unusual... my soup was luke warm but that is probably because I must not have picked up my order when they called my name the first time so do make sure to listen for your name (and i ordered a bowl of soup that had about the same amount of soup that is in a cup so that may have been why it got cooled so fast, too)
I love Panera generally but this is truly the worst Panera I've ever been to. We live just minutes away which is the only reason we eat from there often but I don't think we will anymore. At This Panera I have been served a raw bagel, a raw egg soufflé, several almond milk caramel lattes that had no almond milk and no caramel flavoring, I was kept waiting at the drive through for 8 minutes for one latte that ended up being disgusting, the driver thru is regularly packed because of them being so slow, we've ordered delivery and pickup online and had either our order canceled for no reason or get to the store to pick up the oder and they hadn't even started it. It wasn't even on their radar. This one particularly has happened more than three times now where we order something either curbside or for pickup and they just...don't do it. They'll see you sat there waiting and don't even ask what you're waiting on or anything. I know they likely don't care but no matter how close to us it is we are never going to this place again. Whoever the manager of this branch is should either be re-trained or fired.
