Food was good. The drive thru wait time was INORDINATELY LONG. Partly due to construction and partly due to poor planning of the entire area. Too many businesses in one congested area. Won't be visiting any businesses in this area again. ?
Honey Walnut Shrimp tasted horrible. Breading was off. Sauce was off. Tasted like it had been sitting for a couple of days. It was tough. Normally this location is awesome. Come on Panda you can do so much better. A little waste of old food could save a long time customer. Think about that. Was it really worth losing a customer who drives past 3 other locations to get to yours? Never again! So tired of wasting my money.
Construction took up most of the parking. Not a lot of seats but they found us chairs. Food was good as expected. However felt they could have had a little more entree on the rice bowl and less rice
Upcharge for shrimp..7 pieces..2 spring rolls.$12.00...fried rice was barely warm..not the best visit...
My first time eating here and was very disappointed. They were out of most of the entree items. I ended up just getting the lo mean noodles and they were not hot and not fresh.

This Pansda Express is AWESOME!!I Stopped P E over a year ago.But decided while here in Libery to try the one close by in KCMO.From the young man who took my order to the young lady who helped at windo & later to Xandie the manager all were really friendly.Most importantly my food was hot & fresh.I usually use chili sauce but their Kung Pa chicken was deliciously spicy.I don't get up here often, but when I do, I WILL be back.
Over charged me, and wouldn't open the window to let me explain that I was. They just sat there talking to each other ? why does panda consistently have the worse employees. Do you have to show how rude you are to get hired or is that part of the training?
Would NOT recommend this location if you are interested in teriyaki chicken.....as they run out of it every week. I have come to this location for 3 weeks in a row and have been told they "ran out of teriyaki chicken" "its a popular menu item"....if its that popular then you should increase your par levels. Seem simple enough to me. But apparently not simple to whomever places food orders for this location.
