0 Star! Extremely Rude at the Customer service, Rude staff, Rude behavior. Have no knowledge how to speak with a customer. Just trying to Rip of the CustomerHigh prices as compared. No cleanliness No ethics. They Only know how to use a Registry to full fill the Money!
They always serve fresh food.Ordered food just few minutes before closing time. But they person taking the order understood and was patiently waiting though we arrived 35 minutes late.Thank you brother.
Unprofessional. I'm Muslim as well and the Muslim culture is absent here. Rude customer service, high prices, unknown prices. They know that Muslims need halal food so they take advantage. All of the halal mediatarannran stores are honestly shady with their prices, and the way they treat you. I feel unwelcome everytime I come here with my kids and my wife.It really sucks to expect a brotherly welcoming atmosphere and you get the opposite. The guys working there all look aggravated that you ask questions to them and they look like the don't like their life.Also, the cleanliness sucks. Half of being Muslim is being clean brother.I hope y'all can be happier and treat people better like the prophet did.
Arranged for a $1000+ catering order weeks in advance. A few days before the event, they “lost” the order and said they would need to charge us triple ($3000) if we still wanted it. Rudely told us to “go to Palestine” to find the original order that they “lost.”
I highly recommend this place! We were there with friends and family, so we had a lot of different dishes to share. The food tasted great and they give you a lot. I had a gyro, soup, and fries. They all were very good. I got to try the beef and chicken kabobs that were served with rice and soup. The beef kabobs were good, but I loved the chicken. I'm definitely getting the chicken kabobs next time! I also loved the pita bread. I wish that I would have asked if they sold it separately because it's much better than what I find in my grocery store. So, give this place a try, you should find something to like.
I called a order in the first time, and they made it very fast, also were very friendly when picking up. I love the gyro sandwich and fries, it pairs nice with a the fres'a extra, and or a serene float. I love how they made it a pita pocket, and how well they hand layered the ingredients.Would totally recommend from now on.
The food is good, this is both a market and a restaurant, but it's very dirty, they don't do any cleaning, everywhere is black, old greasy dirt, dusty,It would be much better if a little cleaning was done.And one kashir very rude sullen angry person. He doesn't know what kindness is. You are afraid to ask anything.There are 2 brothers work there, one is very good, the other is very sullen and rude.
As a Muslim you are not supposed to cheat nobody then act like it was a mistake. Always mistaken extra to your benefit but never less! You did it 6 times to me and never even apologized and so many times to my relatives! This is HARAM very very wrong. Brothers and sisters If you have to go to olive Cafe make sure you see the item tags and take your receipt and do the counting. 4/10 I would go back and correct
Very ethnic and delicious food, the pita bread is amazingly fresh as they have their own bakery on site. The seating area is alright, but the food is great.
In from Omaha, NE today, had the #16 Falafel and Hummus. Service was quick and friendly, the food was excellent. My favorite place in Kansas City to eat, the best Mediterranean in Kansas City.
