Ordered one thing arrived to pick it up.All wrong very disappointed, the manger was there and didn't even attempt to correct the situation. Wanted the birthday with hat got a freaking stack of 2 cupcakes and then they wanted to charge me more to correct thier mistakes so $80 I learned never look at something on line and then call and order. Never use them again for any occasion
First time being here, last time being here. I was excited they had a gluten free option but my first bite of the gluten free chocolate chip was a mouthful of sugar. It's sickening sweet to the point you couldn't even taste the chocolate in it. The frosting was one of the worst frostings I've ever had. It was heavily coated and there was more frosting than bundt. My mother had the praline bundt and couldn't find the nuts anywhere either. It was straight sugar. Really disappointing. The staff is nice but this business really doesn't have much to offer. Their design books for occasions was pretty elementary. Their design for New Year's bundts were no different than the birthday design. Except it looked like it was a clown themed birthday due to the pom poms and little balled hats. Don't be persuaded to use this place for wedding cakes either. They don't offer much for design other than stacking two bundts together and putting a fake flower in the middle. If you're wedding theme is flowers, then maybe, but otherwise, their pamphlets showed real flowers in the middle of the cakes with the note that real flowers aren't available. Then why false advertise wedding bundt cakes with real flowers? Those few designs didn't scream wedding either. As a bride approaching her wedding day, I want my cake to make just as much a statement as my dress while complimenting my theme and colors. Nothing Bundt Cake can't deliver that for really any wedding theme.
We used Nothing Bundt Cakes for our wedding and they were a huge hit!!! It was so easy to get exactly what we wanted, and our guests loved the bundtinis and the two tiered cake we got to cut was also delicious!! Thanks so much for being a part of our day!
My birthday coupon expired 2/13. I went in today 2/15 thinking they would still honor it but nope wouldn’t even consider it. I was disappointed to say the least. Being a long time customer I was very surprised but oh well! May consider extending a little grace when possible. ??♀️
This place is ALWAYS GREAT!! Every location I've visited was awesome! The people are ALWAYS very nice and the product is always on point. Cakes are moist as hell....frosting/icing tastes AMAZING.....I could eat it alone!! I get the minis and the bundt towers very often!!
Love this place! So good! The tiny Bundt cakes are the cutest
My nephew bought one for me for my birthday. I’ve never had anything so delightful.
Experienced my first bundt lemon today at Vintage Market Days event. It was the most delicious cake I've had! Ridiculously moist with awesome flavor.I ordered 2 more lemon to go❣
I mean, I’ve never liked cake. Always had pie on my birthday but… Dayuuuuum. These little cakes are fire.
I just got fired. I worked there for six months as a froster, crafter, GSR, assistant baker and utilities.I recently tested positive for COVID-19 and was asked to stay home for 20 days, without sick leave pay. I was up front about my medical conditions: living- kidney organ donor and HSP. COVID changed the way my body can function and as a living-donor I have to monitor my pH levels. On my first day back, after working a physical job for over 8 hours with a mask on, my ankles swelled and my only kidney was working so hard to just keep me alive, the owner (Alex Edwards), looked me in the eyes and said "yeah, first days back are hard".I was I started out at $ 10.75 an hour and thought I worked for a Christian family-owned business who wanted to bring "joy" into the world. That's Nothing Bundt crazy...this place is filthy, literally too.Got the pictures to prove it!Also, for my own protection, from the NASTY chemicals I had to wash dishes in, I bought the standard gloves on my own.God bless
