Went there this morning for lunch because website said they opened at 10:30. I stood outside the locked door for several minutes until people from what looked like the corporate office arrived. They were nice. But when I got to the register I stood there for a solid minute as the manager and staff scrambled to finish opening up. Putting money drawers in, and completely ignoring me standing there. No "hey sir, so sorry we're running late, be with you in a few minutes." Just ignored me.Nah, I'll take my business elsewhere. Won't return.
The noodles were good I had the Montamore alfredo with Parmesan crusted chicken. However I got a side of tomato basil soup that look like it had been in the pot for a week and tasted burnt. The soup was actually black not red like tomato basil soup should be . But the place was clean and they have a good selection on the menu
Food was average. But the rice crispy treats were very hard and crusty. I doubt they were made fresh this morning. I would ask before ordering if there's a next time. I may just go get a steak from Longhorn next time.
I really like the food here, and know things post COVID are tough, but if there is over a 45 minute wait time for food at a place like this, they ought to let you know. The workers had good attitudes, but I repeatedly saw people coming back with wrong orders. Very frustrating waste of my evening.
Crew does good work. Organized and usually on time. If I show early they make an effort to expedite my order. New salads are good too! ??
Went in and the employees were more interested in hooking up friends and serving friends than customers. One employee threw a highlighter at Co workers then it hit the floor and he was putting it on the counter where food goes. He wore no gloves and was horsing around with a stack of lids that fell on the floor he picked them up and placed them.back with the non contaminated lids. The noodles were over cooked and the sauce tasted old this was a poor night for this location. The employees were rude to customers but were friendly to their buddies. No emphasis on customer service at all it felt as if myself and others were an annoyance vs being a customer.
Good food but very slow service we waited over 15 minutes for dine in order which they sacked clearly states dine in wasnt busy till after the 15 min wait
Let me start off by saying I LOVE noodles & co. and normally always have a great experience. However, last week my husband and I visited the Liberty restaurant. The lobby wasn’t very busy, but there were 3 or 4 parties that were sitting at tables waiting for their food when we got there. We submitted our order and proceeded to sit at a table and wait for our food. After an hour and a half the people in front of us still hadn’t received their food, so we knew we weren’t getting ours any time soon. Multiple people (including us) ended up leaving the establishment with no food and no refunds. Two girls that had been waiting had gone up to ask for a refund but the process took them about 15-20 minutes. We had somewhere to be so we told the guy working the cash register that we were leaving. I’m not sure what the problem was, as like I said, the lobby didn’t look too busy. There were 4 or 5 staff members that seemed to be working as fast as they could.
Not worth the price for sure. Better off making pasta/noodles at home. My husband ordered the spicy beef noodles add broccoli. He received plain noodles no broccoli or beef. We waited 25 minutes for plain noodles and we had to wait another 5-10 minutes for the broccoli which they of course forgot. Wish they wouldn't hire high school kids. They have potential to be better. The girl who took the order had to ask us what we wanted several times. Just not worth the money or the time. The experience was horrible and the food really wasn't that great.
Very good... First time eating there. Got the Japanese noodles with steak and it was excellent. Will be back soon.
