The soups have generous portions and are tasty. The combination pho had a lot of meat in the bowl. Our server was fun. This place is packed around the 2:30 hour for lunch on a weekend, but our wait time was not bad at all.
I loved that the food came in pretty quick for us. The pho broth was good compared to where were at in Oklahoma. Wished we have this kind of service. Overall we enjoyed it, and so did the kids. Definitely come back again if we ever visit KS.
This pho restaurant was terrible in terms of food service and customer service. Let me start by this; we are not unreasonable people and fully expected long wait times and slow service due to the holiday. 99 percent of my reviews are positive.Our first positive impression of the establishment was quickly diminished by the unprofessional staff and the experience they gave our party. They seated the next available party ahead of us, even though we had arrived before them. It was obvious that they did this because we were not of Vietname and unorganized se descent and the other party was. We politely asked the waitress about it, but she ignored us. Instead of leaving or barging out like the other party did, we decided to stay because we were already there.It took them 30 mins to take our order, but that was only after we asked them. The other 2 parties who sat after us were already waiting for their food. We walked in this restaurant 12pm and didn’t get our food until 130. Our food came out in intervals. We just left because 2 hours for bowl of noodle is crazy.The manager just roamed around looking lost as can be. I’m not sure why there’s so many great reviews but as food connoisseur, this place is overrated. I’ve received better services and better food at other surrounding pho establishmentsPho Lan is much better in terms of atmosphere, food and services. You're paying for brand and location here and I'm not impressed. Certainly will not come back to this establishment.
FIRST impression, first time here. We were waiting for a table, a group of Vietnamese people walked in behind us and instead of asking who was first, because they both spoke the same language they were seated first. 15 minutes later and we’re still waiting. Oh a staff member did finally just come up and ask “how many”. Very unorganized, rude and unprofessional. If you want fair seating and GOOD customer service do NOT come here.
The fried rice was excellent! The Pho was decent. Service was great. We will definitely eat here again!Features: No mask required thank God!
Stopped in around noon on Saturday after the farmers market. The place is nice and clean, and has plenty of seating. I'm a huge fan of pho, and love trying new places. This place did not disappoint! They don't have the biggest selection of pho, but both dishes we ordered were delicious. We got the beef round and meatball, and the seafood bowls. The broths were rich with flavor, and had plenty of meat. They also provide the typical plate of a veggies, which were crisp and fresh. Service was great, and they checked on our table many times. Would definitely recommend this place.
Great selection for everyone— vegan/vegetarian included. The pho bowl was huge and tasty. The chicken banh mi sandwich was good-sized and reasonably priced. Our server, Alex, was friendly and had great customer service. Atmosphere was pleasant for families or couples. We’ll be back!

I came in on Saturday with my boyfriend for lunch, and we ordered two large P5 (Combination Beef Pho) bowls and a couple of drinks (soda and hot Jasmine tea).We were very happy with the meal. It was hot, delicious, and very fulfilling, definitely worth the $10 for each of the large bowls. It filled me up all afternoon and most of the evening. The broth was flavorful and the brisket, eye round, meatballs, and tendons were pretty tender. The noodles were lovely, and the cilantro (which I usually don't like) wasn't too overpowering.The service was friendly, great, and remarkably fast. I had barely gotten two sips into my tea when the order arrived at the table. And it was busy for lunch, too.I would definitely recommend here for anyone looking for a hearty, tasty Vietnamese meal. Will definitely be returning.
