Pretty basic, good Greek food. Staff was cheerful and helpful. Good value for dinner and all seemed made fresh.
My family and I visited for the first time on June 4th, from Tulsa, before the Royals game against the Astros. The online reviews were good, so we took a chance. Dont presume too much by looking at it from the outside. It's a quaint little restaurant that was pretty busy from the locals while we were there. The gyro meat was freshly cooked on the spinning rotisserie behind the counter and they made my falalfel balls fresh. I'm lactose intolerant and requested no yogurt sauce or dairy and they made my food safe for me to eat. Great Customer Service with a friendly smile! Try the baklava too-it was delicious! Wish we lived closer so we could visit often.
First off the girl behind the counter was very polite. Second the food is so delicious. I have never tasted a lamb sandwich and a chicken gyro so tasty. The fries are too good. The bread is fresh and has the perfect crunch. It might take a while to get your order. But hey ! its worth the wait. I plan on going to this place every week. Its a blessing that it is around the place where I live.
Usually great. Last time I went they were closed during business hours. This time they forgot my fries and lemon for my dolmades. Get it together.Edit: why is everything spicy now? Chili seeds in my sambusas? Really?
We have been coming here for years and I am truly saddened to write this. We ordered in advance for pickup tonight. It took longer than expected for the order to be prepared. And when it was, it was incomplete. We noticed this before we left and brought it to the attention of the young woman behind the counter instead of looking into it clearly, she started to dispute my claim that the entrees that we ordered did not come with a salad. It took 20 minutes to make the salads. By the time we got to our destination all of the food was cold and the salad did not include dressing. We've been coming here for many reasons the delicious food being one, and the friendly service being the other. Sadly tonight's experience did not live up to the high bar that we have become accustomed to.
I love this place. The food is worthy of 5 stars. If they would stop using Styrofoam and plastic for everything and make it eating their a little more earth friendly, they would have 5 stars and a regular customer!
I'd heard of Never on Sunday, but had no idea where exactly it was. A friend and I discovered it by complete accident today and couldn't believe how great the food was.

We've been coming here for years! The chicken gyro is hands down my favorite in the city (so perfectly seasoned!) and the lamb/beef gyros are also delicious. $6.99 for very generously filled gyros and fries is a great deal. We also get the falafel every time. It's crispy and flavorful!On top of the delicious food and great prices, the staff is consistently friendly. We'll be coming here for as long as we live in Kansas City!
Wow! I was looking for a place I could order for delivery for lunch on a busy Monday at work. Easy to order, quick delivery from Uber, and the food is DELICIOUS! These are, by far, the absolute BEST Dolmades I've ever had. The gyro meat was tender and flavorful and the amount of food I got for the price was an added bonus.
