Love this place! The formula is simple --- a food truck with a permanent location --- but the result is great.The owners are very friendly, and the food is very good. The tacos (and surprisingly the french fries) keep me coming back for more. I've tried them all, and each time I go, I have a hard time choosing. I want one of everything. And while they aren't on the menu, if you ask for veggie tacos, you can get those too.I definitely recommend Miranda's Mexican Food Truck!!
Best tacos in KC. We frequent many restaurants but love the tacos here the best. Plus Luis and Ana are the kindest. Like family!
My husband and I discovered this gem while running errands today. Miranda's Mexican Food Truck is a local, family-owned operation serving fresh, delicious, authentic Mexican food at very reasonable prices. Anna, the owner, was delightful. She took time to explain the various dishes, the cooking methods, and to make recommendations. They even provide shaded outdoor seating. Miranda's is conveniently located at 3029 Southwest Boulevard in Kansas City, Missouri. This food truck just became our new go-to spot for Mexican food! Muey bien!
great homemade food fresh. I met the owner of Miranda's while working security off southwest blvd KCMO and decided to try his food truck. folks this is a gem it's a must try. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone who enjoys Mexican food

Miranda's Taco Truck reminds me of home. There is alot of pride in every menu item. The tacos de canasta and tacos de carne asada are a family favorite. The huarache, elote cup, and tortas are also favorites. I invite all my friends and family to eat here in the summers.

I love this taco truck. LOVE IT. I have had tacos all over the US and Mexico. This spot is doing things right, and the owners are just so awesome. It’s one of KC’s best kept secrets, that should NOT be a secret. If you go, let me know. I’ll meet you there!
