Best pizza! It's so good. My husband grew up in KC and this is his favorite. I am so glad he's shared it with us! Our daughter thinks it's the greatest pizza ever and we agree. Has accessible entrances and plenty of room to maneuver around. Highly recommended!
We ordered mozzarella sticks and a deep dish pizza. The service was great but the food was not. The mozzarella sticks were not fully cooked and the centers were still cold. The pizza was extremely doughy and flat in flavor. Nothing felt like it was cooked, it felt like it was prepared beforehand and then microwaved. I don't see myself eating here again.
Best pizza in the city! Went to Godfather's the other night because it was close. I will never do that again I felt like I was cheating on my girlfriend! Sorry Minsky's I will never do that again you have my pizza business here on out! You are the best
Our family stopped in after some activities in North KC and had pizza. Best pizza we have ever had. We all enjoyed the food and the to people were very kind. It was clean and was a nice atmosphere. Will stop in again on our next trip tgere.
Always pretty yummy and consistent! I enjoy the thin and crispy with either cheese topping or simply mushrooms, pepperoni and light sauce. The STAR on the appetizer side is the chicken wing! I never eat wings anywhere but my family enjoys them so I eat them there only. They are huge and meaty with a nice crunch to them. Delish!
I've eaten at the Barry Rd location before, but tonight (3/29/22) the pizza was absolutely perfect! The dough was light but slightly chewy. The sauce was amazing. The toppings were flavorful and just the right amount.
Service was great and the food was great. The hostesses (or Togo servers?) were extremely uninviting as we walked in the door and didn’t do much besides look at their phones and tell people to seat themselves while giving dirty looks. My friend and I felt very unwelcome at first but the service from our waiter made up for it. We didn’t catch his name it was a slender gentleman with longer hair, wearing gloves. We will be back but felt the hostesses’ attitudes should be acknowledged as they’re responsible for making a first impression for the restaurant.
The girl who took my order over the phone was well educated on Celiac and advised me that their gluten free pizza crusts are pre packaged and that they change gloves before preparing them. They do go in the same oven but they are placed on a clean plate which is great! They're gluten free pizza is awesome, awesome customer service too!
Even though it's a bit on the pricey side, we probably get carryout from here once a week. :P It's so good! Big fan of the their Buffalo Pizza, Prime Cut, & Kelceroni. But I'm sure all of their unique flavor combinations are amazing.We especially like this location! They're very consistent. For one, we always order pizza with dairy free cheese & they've always been careful to make it that way. Two, we love getting extra sides of dressing to dip it in...and this location always checks to make sure they've included it. I've ordered from other Minsky's locations & it was often forgotten. Not here. :) And three, I legit think their pizzas taste better.Lastly, I really like their staff members! They're always kind, smiley, & helpful. Many of the girls standout but also the boy who helps with carry-out orders. He has very nice manners & always seems happy to be be working & helping customers. They all do. Great job guys!
It is a nice pizza place. Indoor, covered outdoor dining. Delicious food, it came fairly quickly. When we went it was not full, we had lots of attention
