I am almost embarrassed to admit that I had never been here before today. An old fashioned ma and pa bakery and deli with a long history in Kansas City as interesting as the fried cinnamon roll. About 15 minutes from waldo easy to find with plenty of street parking. Today I truly enjoyed the cinnamon roll and will return soon to try the Rubin. Pat, the owner was at the window keeping an eye on the till. He was happy to answer my questions and made me feel welcome. If you have not had the pleasure of dinning here put it on your list and remember life is uncertain order dessert first! I just learned that my newest favorite bakery is also a true Kosher deli!Update... Last week I tried the Rubin and it was great not a surprise today I split the CEO with the princess and we both agreed it's a winner!!

Us m&m bakery I haven't been there since I was 10 years old and this is the first time I've been back yes a lot of stuff has changed and cuz you can go there and kind of get your cakes baked they had the best case but I see now they don't even do cakes anymore but them sandwiches oh man those sandwiches are out of the world but it was a mistake on my great-grandson sandwich they put onions on it and it was not supposed to be onions and there was not enough tomatoes on my eyes even though I ordered extra to me but other than them little complaints they are the best I have to say they be subway now my famil

The best!Hand's down, mouths full, happy tummy!!

Been craving a hook em up and a sticky bun. Made my way to M&M today and they never disappoint. I consider myself a cinnamon roll/sticky bun connoisseur. Hands down M&M is the best in the metro area. M&M is a KC treasure plain and simple!

Ordered online for the next day. Website is easy to use and navigate. Tried the sticky bun, apple fritter, long john, chocolate chip cookies, Reuben sandwich, Turkey sandwich and Veggie sandwich. Every single item tasted amazing and very fresh. Love seeing a fellow African American running such a great business. I will definitely be back!

Pretty good sandwich. Much better than the national chains. I wasn’t a fan of the bread but that’s only because I favor hard crusty bread rather than soft bread. Personally I like the fact they still close the indoor and still operate via a pickup window. It was convenient. Place your order and provide your cell number. You can then sit in your car and wait for the call. Then go to a separate pickup window. The only suggestion is it would be better to text rather than call.

Great sandwich, even an awesome apple donut. People should try it a hidden gem if you've never been in the city

Terrible staff. Will never return.

I went today for a free promo with my kids we stood in line for over an hour IN THE COLD when we got up to the window the owner said they weren't serving kids I believe his name is PAT very unprofessional. especially when we come here often.... YEA THEY HAVE GOOD FOOD BUT I WONT BE DISRESPECTED TO RECEIVE IT.......

Over rated… and they never answer the phone. Think I’m be outside and wait… ha not worth it
