Recently the price (5$) for entry went up to 10 and ever is pat down. But great music there's always a variety and because the bar has karaoke on Sundays that's my favorite time to go
Great live music downstairs. Go early enough that there isn't a cover yet or the place will get too busy to order even a drink

Perfect for a Friday or Saturday night.They have about 5 or 6 different styles of areas for your custom tastes.Variety of music from old school rock, to edm artists every weekend.Drinks are okay priced for the pours.Definitely a place to meet singles and have a good time
This weekend it was Lit! Definitely coming back! Pizza was fire but the bartender made my drink a bit strong lol (It's cool tho because I got it fixed)
We had a private event and all was attended for with the exception of some of the men who were moving heaters while trying to close down. The men were very rude to us even as we explained we were a part of the private event, one man became very confrontational, which ended up ruining what was at first a lovely time.
I have been coming to The Levee for their live music matinees for 4 years. My favorite band is the KC Aces. First Friday and Third Saturday, 5 to 8:30. It is like a family, we have all come to know each other well, the band knows it's fans and we always welcome new fun people. There is no place like it in Kansas City for a mature crowd that appreciates live music and loves to dance. I think the 5 to 10 dollar cover charge is the best deal in town. Every matinee band is top notch. I love getting an early start and being able to be home by 10 or go have dinner afterwards. They also serve great food. Try the shrimp kabob.
