Determined to try a different pizza place and found Leo’s on google search. Ordered large Delux pizza recommended at the restaurant. Main difference is that they use few different types of cheese as topping instead of the conventional mozarrela that gives the richer & creamier taste. The pizza has thin crust which I truly like but there wasn’t much flavor considering so many other toppings on it( like the sausage and pepperoni). One thing I didn’t quite like was the pizza was way too greasy for me.
Leo's is always good food! I carry out to eat at home. They have a lot of business and I've been eating at Leo's since the 1970s. Just wonderful pizza & salads & homemade sausage!!
When you go, you must order the large meat lovers pizza. Neat little restaurant, might seat 35 people. Cracker type crust, tons of provel cheese, unbelievable real meat toppings which include “chunks” of Italian Sausage. The only place in Kansas City to get a damn good pizza, period! I’ve made myself hungry……I’m off to Leo’s!!

Ordered for pick up. Customer service not as friendly as I'm used to, especially as a first timer. Pizza was...sidenote..I love pizza, have NEVER had a bad one,cold whatever. I'll eat it. Honey, there was no sauce on the pizza..probably bc the crust is so thin, but listen I LOVE the crust,it's flaky and delicious like a Philly dough biscuit. Anyways, cheese tastes like queso , probably would have ordered extra had I known the amount was so small for 28$ . Anywho, I ordered a st. Louis add Canadian bacon. I have a few pics... I'm NOT saying I wouldn't "come again" but I definitely have a few EXTRA things to add..like more sauce...and cheese..and pepperoni lol Definitely worth trying, my friend suggested it since he knows I love thin crust... lol dude if they made pizza rolls with that crust I'd buy em! ? or. Calzones! Come bearing COINS though doll! And no EBT! ( too my knowledge) ?One last tip! If you leave any pizza, leftover, bc of the flaky crust, it'll get stuck to the box, just grab a spatula & go for it. Slide it like some stuck eggs in a pan u don't wanna clean lol. Definitely recommend reheating in oven also..Thanks guys!
Hands down the best Pizza in the Northland, possibly all of Kansas city, I have enjoyed their Pizzas for 48 years, the kind you'll crave and nothing else satisfies, great the next day even cold! Love this place !!!
Leo's, you have excellent staff and were super nice. However, this is far too cheesy for me. Food tastes great. The pizza and the meatball subs have too much cheese. I guess I need to try ordering something with lite cheese? Couldn't finish the pie... And I love pizza. :(
We tried Leo's pizza this week because our friends and family highly recommended this place. We were really disappointed. Like REALLY disappointed.The crust was okay, and I am a huge fan of thin crust usually.The cheese tasted like cheap processed sliced cheese and stuck to the entire inside of my mouth and teeth. I had to quite literally scrape the cheese from the insides of my teeth after every bite.We will definitely NOT waste our money again.
My all time favorite pizza in the world now and I love all pizza. I order from here at least twice a week, can’t get enough! Once you try there famous cheese you can’t go back ??
I love this pizza and of course I will go back. But it is very frustrating that they still do not have all their tables open for dine in. There are no more restrictions and this stupidity needs to stop. We were late to our next appointment because we were told we could not order the pizza ahead and expect a table because they have half of them shut down. This was after the city has pulled all masking and table warnings away so they are doing this on their own. Purely political.
