There are a lot of good things to say about this music venue. I enjoy the laid back atmosphere, quirky decor and friendly staff. Each stage has its own charm. Both indoor and outdoor stages. There’s good tunes coming from here with classic rock, 80’s, and some country music.The bar is cash only. The food is good and not over priced.When you visit, plan for a very casual atmosphere. Enjoy!Park on the side of the tracks, towards the bar. The railroad track is very active and sometimes it’s impassable. Your Uber may also get stuck on the wrong side of the tracks.
Saw The Mavericks all three nights there recently. The place was rockin''!!! Knuckleheads is an outside venue but they have a great sound system. Lots of fun.
Absolutely Adore Knuckleheads. They have an awesome array or genres of music & concerts!!!This place is so much fun. My favorite is the outdoor concerts!! However, It's a party all year round because they have indoor concerts- outdoor bands are for summer mainly.People are Nice! Staff is Great! Affordable prices!! Handicap accessible and parking- just be early so you get a close spot. One of the best places to go and get your groove on.It's a must so give them a try! For Ages 21 y/o to 100 y/o! They do not disappoint. Knuckleheads is a Blast from past oldies to present modern day. *Blues, bluegrass, jazz, rock, pop, alternative and more. Never a dull moment. Love me some knucks ???❤️
Great bar to watch a band play. The food was good with other vendors around to sell food. Parking was free. The train added ambiance that is unique. It is open air but inside the bars there are big screens so you can enjoy the concerts inside where it is cool. Bathrooms are clean.

Me being a true knucklehead purchased tickets for the wrong evening! I called and left a message, they returned my call promptly, and offered to transfer my tickets to the correct evening! So very thankful! We visited Knuckleheads last year to see The Mavericks and just had a wonderful time, what a great venue. The staff there are fantastic! Thank you Knuckleheads!!! See you soon!
Nice hangout to watch live music outdoors! Since the Grand Emporium closed years ago, now Knuckleheads is my hangout in KC.
We had tickets for the Band of Heathens June of last year and they canceled, we did not get any notice of that so we went to KC checked into hotel and headed to the show. Knuckleheads said it had been canceled we ask for a refund on the tickets & we’re told our cc had been sent an email for credit?? Called cc & they had no record of the email, called back to Knucklehead 2 times & they could not show us any proof of email! I think we are done with Knuckleheads if that is how there customer service works
Really cool venue with multiple rooms for bands to play at the same time. Excellent out door area. Full bar, decent bar menu.
Fried Sweet potato should not b deep fried. Sweet?potatoes is best baked w sugar, butter & cinnamon Yummy, the ? was nice/ cold.
