I purchased a 5 piece chicken tender meal on Tuesday, when I arrived back to work to sit and eat, there were only 3 pieces in the meal, I tried calling several times but no one answered the phone. I just want what I purchased. I went back again today and let them know what happened on Tuesday and it seemed like no one cared or even understood what I told them. I will never but anything from this establishment and it sucks, I love KFC...

Went here because there was no line. I see why now... Rude and slow service. After I paid was told they didn't have any ready, which would of been nice to know as I was ordering before I paid. Then asked to pull forward to wait for order. Would of made some sense if there was anyone behind us... Just seemed to be a reason for them to take longer while clocking their order as complete. After 20 minutes, asked for an update and was told they had to add them back in due to warm grease and needed more time. A place who's sole gig is fried chicken can't keep hot grease around rush hour time...

I pulled in at 6:30pm on a Sunday. Lights on and I pulled to the drive thru. No one answered and 2 more cars pull in behind me. Set there 5 minutes while an employee walked around outside. He said something to the last car and they left. He then went and hide behind the building. Pulled around and all the lights were off and employee was hiding around the building. This is not the first time this has happened at this location.

I went through the drive thru at 5:25 tonight and got 2 3pc tender meals. The chicken tenders were AWFUL! They were so old and rubbery that you could hardly pull them apart and completely inedible. They had obviously been sitting around all day, I've had chicken tenders from here before that I wouldn't consider fresh, but these were just ridiculous, my husband and I had to just eat our biscuit and mashed potatoes. Very disappointed and won't be back to this location. Waste of money and still hungry.

Friendly staff and good food. Service was fast. I must definitely like it I've ate there three times in a row

I stopped by the drive-thru today and was told that they were closing for an hour to restock-- because they were short staffed. Apparently the owner pays so little that they can't even maintain a full staff. He would rather send customers away than pay people a decent living.

This is the second time I've ordered delivery through grub hub, and the second time I've had a chicken sandwich missing. At this point I'm not angry, just disappointed.. Grub hub has been fantastic, but every time I call kfc it just rings and rings which per other reviews is the usual. At this point I think I'll switch to churches, because at least they're not consistently disappointing.

Drive thru took almost 10 minutes each car. I left with 2 other cars behind me. There was 1 person eating in the dining room. One lady left her vehicle in line to find out what was going on.

Prices on drive through menu board does not match the prices they charge for their 12 piece chicken. The board says 21.99 they charge 24.99

This is not only the worst experience I have had at a fast food restaurant but in any public setting I have ever been in. I tried to contact the store by phone in order to get a very simple question answered. I did call about 7 times and it ended up not being picked up.We went ahead and drove up the restaurant to see about getting the question answered. The inside of the store was locked and closed so we proceeded to the drive through. After waiting about 10 minutes for the car in front of us to place an order we were asked to wait a couple minutes prior to getting assistance. When a lady did ask for our order I asked about chicken only specials they might have running. Another lady answered the question and said it didn’t start until 8pm.I mentioned that the hours for the store were listed to close at 8pm. She said that was wrong and they have been trying to get that fixed. I did politely let her know that we took the time to drive up because I believe they might be having an issue with their phone system because I had attempted to call multiple times but it wasn’t picked up. I was told they didn’t have time to pick up the phone. I let them know that it would have helped in this instance because we wouldn’t have needed to waste time driving up there and wait to find out they don’t have their specials listed or the times that they start. As I was leaving, driving past the drive through window, a lady (I would assume whoever was “put in charge”) leaned out the window and flipped me off. Saying if I worked in fast food I would understand they didn’t have time to pick up the phone. I let her know I have worked in fast food and made the decision each day to do the right thing and answer the phone when it is ringing. I was able to multi task and that it wasn’t difficult because the phone calls are always fast and easy and could sometimes avoid issues or confusion like we had.I just can’t believe that this lady is employed at a YUM branded store and displaying that level of customer service. I have worked for the brand for quite some time and the stores I was a part of prided ourselves in providing customer service. This lady flipped me off with another car at her window and my daughter was in the car with me. I will be filing a formal complaint with the company and will not ever be at this place of business again. I will have to think twice about visiting any YUM brand because this was very disrespectful. I think everyone deserves a job but it should not be customer facing.
