Bartender seems to be miserable, I hope whatever is troubling her gets better .
Server very inattentive. The kitchen closes at 6….I don’t understand. Not a good experience ay allllll.
You need more than one server. Bartender can’t be doing both jobs
The food is absolutely disgusting. Don’t bother trying to cram yourselves in there… especially for the price.
The experience was awful. MCI Airport is laid out so strange that options for meals after you get through security are few, so this place threw off the vibe of ‘we know this is your only option, deal with it’ The food was ho-him, and cleanliness was poor. Even prior to COVID, the cleanliness of this place was disappointing. Our menus were printed on copy paper, and were wrinkled and stained from previous guests. Disgusting. Next time you’re flying in one of the gates by this place, be sure to pack a protein bar, or just wait til you land to eat. Not at all worth it.
According to the employees at the airport this is the best place to eat in terminal \\\"C\\\", but it didn't come recommended. There aren't a lot of choices unless you take the shuttle to the other terminal but that can take awhile.\\nAs we approached we saw a couple of tables were we wanted to sit but they were dirty so we moved inside to an open clean table.\\nThe server came over and gave us a menu and took our drink order. She was back within about 5 minutes with the drink and then she took our food order which was a quesadilla. After about 15 minutes the server came over and told us it would just be a few more minutes. After about 10 more minutes the server came over and told us she just noticed that the order got lost and so it was just put in. I'm not sure why it took her 25 minutes to figure this out since it takes about 5 minutes for me to make a quesadilla at home. We ordered another beer.\\nThe food came out and it looked like a mess. Lettuce thrown all over the top with sauce drizzled all over the top of it. I'm not sure how they thought one would eat this. I used the plastic knife to thoroughly cut through it so I could slide a slice off and put it onto the plate that was provide that was smaller than the piece of quesadilla. I pushed the lettuce off onto the plate, took the top off and ate it like a salad.\\nThe green sauce was actually quite delicious and had the meat and cheese been hot it would have tasted much better. You can see in the picture that the cheese is no where close to being melted.\\nIn the restaurants defense the menu doesn't state that the quesadilla $13.99 is a hot dish, I just assumed it was.\\nI believe the beers were $8.88 with tax.\\nIf you're hungry it fills the void.

I took the picture of the pub nachos. My personal opinion (and my fiance to 2nd the notion), you can get better nachos from 7-11. The "queso cheese" tastes like bagged cheese.. and not a good one either, plus.. I thought queso was white? ANYWAYS... The dollop of sour cream looked generous, but not as generous in person, camera adds 5lbs, remember this. Maybe a Tablespoon of pico de gallo and pork was the only "generous" portion and tasted decent enough, but it wasn't shredded enough. The nachos were barely warm and the 2 waitresses.. well, seemed "a little spacey". They kept going back to look at the orders that were up, look at all the numbers and walk away.. both of them did this more than 1 time before ever taking a plate with them to deliver food to a table. Will never go there again.. ever.
If you want a mass market hamburger bun when the menu says "brioche", about 10 french fries as a side, and "cole slaw" on the menu was about one teaspoon of raw cabbage and nothing else, in a paper condiment cup. Combined with indifferent service from the waitress, and incredibly slow service from a kitchen that shouldn't have had trouble, since there weren't that many people there, I can not emphasize strongly enough that this place seems only to be there to serve drinks. If you want food, find some place else. Oh yeah, that's right, there is no other place in this terminal to get food, so they just don't care.
