After driving by Jovito's wayy too many times, I finally stopped and went in to try it out. I was blown away. First, the waiting area for your food is extremely comfortable. The staff are extremely nice. The meat sauce is the best I've had in KC and the Chicken Caesar is also my favorite I've ran across in KC. The food quality, consistency, and lovely staff have made it my new favorite spot in KC. I try and stop by every 2 weeks to pick up food or have it delivered. If you haven't been, I highly recommend stopping by and checking it out. Also, their rolls are fantastic and an added plus. 6/5!
The food at Jovito's was too sweet for my taste, but the other three in my party really like it. The service (order at the register if you didn't call ahead) is warm, friendly, and not rushed. I would recommend Jovito's if you're in the area. You might consider calling in your order though, as they prepare food to- order. Great addition to Waldo! We'll return.
I used to eat at the old location many years ago. It was a favorite. I went in today to this location and it smelled soooo good. It is a snowy wet day and they have a beautiful patio to dine on unfortunately no spots inside to eat it is really cozy though so you can sit in comfort while you wait on your togo/carry out order! I am so excited to come back when it warms up enjoy a solid meal on the patio because it looks awesome. Alex still gave us a little care passage which was uber thoughtful. Thanks Jovito's I am sure you will be just as amazing as I remember! See ya soon!
It was fabulous and a delightful treat. Being from Chicago, I grew up eating Italian beef sandwiches. It's been awhile and I've been searching for this sandwich. Alex is keeping the family entrepreneurial spirit alive. The meatballs were melt in your mouth. I could spread one on a piece of toast and enter bliss. Thank you Jovitos!
We ordered dinner for the first time and it was amazing! Calzone was solid, pizza was fresh, and the pesto chicken sandwich was exceptional. Will definitely be going back soon.
Carried out sandwiches twice now. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. Looking forward to ordering other items.Last time I carried out, I had some nice small talk with the owner. Happy to support a local operator. I hope they stick around for a long time.

Jovito's has been such a pleasant surprise! Friends recommended Jovito's to my wife and I a little while ago and I'm so glad we tried it. The food has been fantastic every single time we've gone there, the restaurant is really cool and the staff have been very friendly every time we've been there. We've taken out-of-town family and friends to Jovito's and they liked it so much they always want to get Jovito's again when they are back in town.
Stumbled in here after driving by several times. It was amazing.Great vibe inside. We got meatball subs and they are geniusly constructed - the bottom of the bread is closed so no spillage! The cupcake was also delicious. Dressings on salads really great as well. Loved it!!
