This was my first time ordering since the location moved across the street. At the old location the restaurant ran like a well oiled military operation. At the new location it seemed more like organized chaos. Everyone was so friendly and high energy that it was a great vibe and great seeing all of the activity. This led me to make a mental note that as I order from here more to give them the benefit of the doubt if service speed suffers. Efficiency can be coached up but charisma not so much. This group has the charisma to make me visit regularly.

Placed an online order for an 8:15 pick up this morning to bring a breakfast burrito tray (best breakfast burritos I've had in a long time!), coffee and a fruit tray to a client meeting in the Crossroads. I was fully expecting it to take quite some time and be on hold for a bit first - but nope. The gentleman answered immediately, directed me where to park and greeted me right as I pulled up. He was super friendly and super fast. I would absolutely order from this location again - and I love Jason's Deli anyway - great food, great price and fairly healthy!

My husband and I religiously order mainly in the mornings, and we've tried a little bit of everything and the food really is just amazing. The prices are not too bad either for the massive amounts of food you'll get. Love love love Jason's deli.

Very delicious food. Seemed like something for everyone. The only problem is, I think they're not open for dinner.

The people that work here are so friendly and helpful!! I love to get the salad bar on my lunch break- quick and tasty!

The food was fine. The ordering app is horrible. Not sure if it's Jason's Deli or Google though. When I click the food I want aunt, I shouldn't have to add what is actually supposed to come on the order. I ordered a chicken poyo with nothing but sour cream. That's absurd to pay $10 for a potato and sour cream... the store should have called to verify I wanted that with in the least, no chicken.It needs to be updated with everything that comes on the order automatically. And you can click to take off something that you don't want. Very frustrated I paid full price (over $30) for 2 meal items and one side with nothing that automatically comes on the food items! Come on Jason's Deli, I know you have better customer service!As a side note: The driver was on time! But obviously didn't check the order that all the items ordered were there. ? ("I Don't know what is there and what isn't." "Well, I've worked in food and that's part of your job. That is 1/3 of the reason I tip you.") Thankfully, the bagger was correct and on top of it. Thank you!

The line was long but the employees were very fast and Accurate with orders.

I used to eat here regularly. Not after today. One of the managers is defiantly anti-mask, and the other walked around with his mask under his chin. Other employees showed a comparable laxity, following their manager’s lead.This is not just a public health issue, though currently it is *illegal* to go maskless in an indoor restaurant in Kansas City. Jason’s attitude that, ‘My political views are more important than my customers’ health!’ is all I need to know about this place.I won’t go back to a restaurant that has such contempt for it’s customers.

Absolutely love this place. Friendly clean and fresh.
