The best fast food oregano milkshake in my opinion! Be aware of their operating hours. I have gone shortly after 7pm and they seemed to have closed early even though they were supposed to be open till 8pm.
Was excited to try Jack in the box for the first time. I would give no stars if I could. After reading the reviews of this place, I’m not surprised how our experience was, or lack there of. Store is advertised as open 24 hours. When we pulled in the doors were locked, so we went through the drive through at 1:53 PM and we were told they were closed for the next 10 minutes. We asked if we should just pull back through in 10 minutes and we were ignored. We parked, and pulled back through the drive through 15 minutes later to order. We were not even given the courtesy of an update the second time through, as our car was recognized and ignored. I’m glad we didn’t eat here because I would never trust such an immature staff to make my food. First impressions are everything, and I have mine about Jack in the box and the people they hire.
Great food.The lady was super nice!Unfortunately she is working all by herself today.Definitely need to get more staff to come help her! She is taking orders, cooking and serving all at once.

If I could give this place a zero stars I would. There was only 2 other cars in the drive thru... lobby doors closed. And they said it would be 20 min for a shift change!?! Are you kidding me? Whoever the owner is... take a deep look into your property, because this is probably the WORST fast food place I have ever been to.
Decided to visit Kansas City and eat at jack in the box. Their dine in was closed. It took me literally an hour and 10 minutes in the drive through. When I get to the front window to pay the employees are just standing there talking while there is a like of about 10 cars behind me. The food did not taste well either. Lost hope for Jack
We went there for lunch and there was 7 of us, so a pretty big order. I'm sure due to people not wanting to work, there were only 2 ladies working. They were working their butts off and still had a great attitude towards the customers. We may have had to wait a little longer than usual, but we didn't mind at all. Kudos to these 2 ladies!!
My favorite part was trying to order at 2:45 on a Wednesday with all the staff standing outside and the lady working the drive thru said “hey we clearly aren’t open right now so go somewhere else.”Cool, got it.And checking reviews it’s clear that this has been a problem for a long time. Can’t wait til I get the same generic message in response even though several other people have complained about the same thing.It’s no big deal, there’s plenty of other places to grab a bite literally next door.
Always my favorite place to eat no matter what City and state they serve.. always friendly hot good food I have yet to try their burgers lol I usually get the mini tacos and egg rolls..
