10pm on a Saturday night and the line is out the door. There is only one doorway to get in and out. You have to squeeze through a little hallway to get through. The workers got every single one of our orders wrong and up-charged us each along with the people in front of us. The guy working rudely asked our friend (who was not drunk) what she was trying to order… it was the first thing on the menu.. They did not treat us very well and acted like we were reading something other than the menu. Speaking of the menu, with how long the hallway and how the main area is set up, you can’t see the menu until you are next in line and even then, you’re reaching over the register to see.
Walked in with around 30 minutes before closing and the lone employee yelled at us from his computer in the back that “I ain’t got no cookies in the store” I can understand not having stock right before you close but if it gets to the point you still have a half hour before closing and nothing to sell you need to just close early or at least put up a sign to save people the trouble

I had ordered a dozen cookies for co-workers who had to work on Mother's Day and it ended up horribly. We never received the order because the delivery driver refused to follow the delivery instructions or call me for clarification. Instead I received an email the next day from security detailing the abhorrent behavior displayed by the delivery driver. I was told that the driver loudly vocalized irritation that he was waiting in line behind families checking thier children into the hospital. Eventually the driver went up to security and dropped the order on the table rudely. When told that security does not hold deliveries the driver rudely told them "you can call them then" and walked out.The delivery instructions clearly said "FOR DELIVERY please call ***-***-**** and I'll meet you at the entrance" if only the driver had simply followed instructions they wouldn't have even needed to leave their car! Instead my order was left at security and thrown out after I had received an email about the incident the next day and did not even want the old cookies- and quite frankly was too embarrassed by the incident to show my face to the security staff.I submitted feedback about the incident to their website and was offered another order by the corporate staff who responded but I declined out of fear of another issue with delivery. The staff member did issue a refund upon my request and said the local management would be contacting me but I have yet to receive a call, email, or any sort of apology.
Slow slow slow service. The cookies were very good which is the most important part but the employees were not very attentive which made the crazy long line even longer.I order online and they had no system for a faster pick up and had to wait in line
The person working the register here was extremely rude and unhelpful and got my order incorrect. Another staff member politely fixed the mistake, but the one who got it incorrect in the first place couldn’t care less. The food was good, though. It is also extremely hard to find parking.
The cookies were absolutely awesome and perfect. Although it might be a temporary thing there was one employee working, the website and on the door said they were open till 3 am but the one employee had to keep the doors locked, people had to wait outside in the freezing cold and she came out and informed everyone she was closing at 1am and orders had to be placed on the app and likely she could not get to them all before she closed at 1. The website and door postings should be updated. But we were one of the first in the crowd and were able to get our order. Great cookies!!!!
I generally like their cookies. Not world-changing, but pretty good and get delivered, so that's nice.But the delivery service is terrible. The last time I ordered, the Uber driver apparently just ran off with the order. This most recent time (that is causing me to write this review), the order just never came. I called, was re-directed to their call center. The person on the line (who was rather nice), told me that they just seemed to straight up not deliver anything after 7:30pm that day. I got a refund and gift card, which is nice--but with these experiences being more frequent, I probably won't use them again after I use that gift card.
I have to give a major shout out for the young lady working here. 2 days in a row she had no help supporting her. She was super friendly and a very hard worker. Cookies were pretty darn good too!
Stopped in to get some cookies and stuff. The staff was cool and patient. I didn't didn't have to wait long. And they were kind enough to give us a discount on cookies due to our service. Thanks guys!
