No stars if I could.....staff saw us come in and stood around several minutes before seating us. It was like we were a bother to be there. It was absolutely the worst experience we have had in a great while...I do not, have not or ever return to this location again.To dine here was a total disaster and would not recommend it to anyone.We bought a couple groupons and let them expire rather than return.
We stopped here early on a Sunday morning. I don’t expect much from an IHOP. This one was virtually empty and very well staffed. However, it took over an hour to get a simple breakfast. Over 20 min just to get seated and drink order. The mens bathroom sink was FILLED with vomit. Chewed eggs and chunks of sausage. It was absolutely disgusting. ? The food we ordered was AWFUL! The pancakes were both burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. How is that even possible? Do yourself a favor and DO NOT EAT HERE! Find another pancake place.
Waited over an hour to be seated and was served THE WORST MESSED UP FOOD. Not to mention the disgusting bathroom with brown stuff coming up in the sink with nasty water, trash full, toilet DIRTY, FLOOR WET, toilet paper all over
Jake was our server, one of our orders was to have 4 pieces of bacon (crispy) with strawberry pancakes. Was served 2 pieces of bacon not crispy and strawberry banana pancakes. Coffee was Luke warm took an hour . Informed Jake of the problem with no reduction of bill. NEVER again will we go there. This place should be closed down for good.
Service could have been a little more prompt, but staff was obviously short. Food was presented hot and accurate. All items were tasty and generous portions.
I work nights and get off work between 3 am and 5 am, so my expectations are pretty low because of how early it is. That said, I got into the habit of stopping on Friday mornings for a payday treat. About a month ago service sharply declined (messed up orders, missing items, server would disappear, etc) the past 2 weeks I've come in and they state they are only doing to go orders. There was no indication of this change and nothing to let one know on entry that it is only to go orders. Waited 10 min for a someone both times to be be told this...
Me and my friends decided to go to this ihop after a day at worlds of fun. We had a good experience at a different ihop. This one was an exception. Food sucked and they constantly messed up my food. Drinks took to long and never came back to see how the food was. The workers were yelling at each other. Not a good overall experience. Would not encourage anyone to eat here.
Service was absolutely horrible. The server doesn't say hardly anything. Waited on our drinks for over ten minutes. Never checked back and asked how the food was. Which the food was not okay. My waffle was a soggy cold mess, butter didn't even melt. I asked for it to be taken off the ticket. No apologies. No attempt to fix anything. My husband and mom did seem to like their food better but still barely warm. Upon leaving food was stacked in the window I can see why food gets cold and it wasn't very busy. I will not be returning. There are too many places that offer far better quality, attention, and service.I actually made a comment about I see why food gets cold. A lady manager perhaps that was bagging up to go food said," Who had that table?"And pointed at us. Still no ma'am what happened? Sorry for your experience. Nothing!
If I could give zero stars I would. I decided to give this place another chance after I had a bad experience last month. I decided to order for take out and paid in cash. The girl behind the counter was new and you could tell she was still learning, so this is not about my experience with her, because she’s doing the best she can. My problem is with the manager who was in the kitchen in the pink tie dye shirt. I ordered 2 crepes with hash browns…that’s it. I was told they’d be out in 10 min and I didn’t have a problem waiting. 10 min later I can see my crepes come up in the window, but I’m still waiting. After 30 min they manager asked me who I was there to pick up for and scoffed when I told her. I waited another 10 min before she shoved everything in a bad and literally tossed it on the counter. I told her, “No ma’am my order has been sitting in that window for over 29 min and I want to know why.” She then started to scream at me in front of her staff and guests saying, “Umm no it hasn’t. I just pulled it from over there, right now.” I told her I watched my crepes sit in the window for 20 min. Then she screamed into the kitchen, “you need to remake this because it’s not to HER standards.” I told her I wasn’t waiting another 30 min for my food and asked for my money back. While she was getting my cash she scolded the girl who took my order. Ma’am it was not her fault, it’s yours. I WILL NOT GO BACK HERE!!
I've always loved ihop bit this one wasn't impressive. Service was fine but my stuffed crepe was not stuffed. Literally....just empty and when I asked they never put anything in them???? Then don't have stuffed crepes on the menu. And my teenage son who eats everything couldn't even finish his pancakes because he said they were terrible ?
