Nice clean place to get your food and I love the Chinese buffet counter
Such a hot mess. No one seems to know what's going on. Put in an online order (3 burgers) PAID & set the pick up time for about 45 mins later(1:15). Arrived at 1:13 & they told me they "had put a hour wait on it" I showed them my confirmation said 1:15 and all I got was "a yea sorry, it'll be a while" no one was acting busy there were multiple people just standing around like they had no idea what they were supposed to be doing. I told them I couldn't wait another hour & to just cancel my order they said they couldn't and I would have to. I showed them there was no where to cancel on my screen, then they said they could cancel it. I hope I get my $ back but I'm not holding my breath.
Very poor customer service. Took me over an hour to speak to a manager, was told countless times by employees they didn't know how to do something and have wasted so much of my time just to get them to do the right thing. Which they still haven't. I completely give up and will never step foot in another Hy-Vee that is how disgusted I am with their customer service and management team. But at least (as I was told by the store director) they will use my experience for a training tool. Glad I could help train your employees. Where is my compensation for developing this portion of your training??? SMH
I was not very pleased with the customer service of the cashier. As well as the food. The burger that I ordered was not good I did not like that taste of the meat. I even had someone else try it.
Rude management. Will not shop here. Englewood was so much better
Extremely poor experience with Aisles online. As a busy healthcare provider I rely on grocery pickup or delivery. While I prefer the products sold at Hy-Vee, the customer service has burned me one too many times. Do not recommend. They are very unorganized and all need a course on how to provide a good customer experience.
Had to get our own napkins and ask for silverware. Asked for a Coke and got a watered down Pepsi. Bartender never came by to ask how the food was. My wife's chicken sandwich was served raw! The bartender took the sandwich off the bill but I'm sure nothing happened to the cook who made it.
Food was excellent, prices very reasonable.
We arrived Sunday morning at 11:20am The sign said "Please wait to be seated" so we did. 5 or 6 minutes, we had read all the menu and still standing there, someone walked by and said "Sit wherever you want" Restaurant was 20% full and the tables that were empty had dirty dishes on them or were not wiped off. There were 5 employees working but we could not figure what they were actually doing. 10 minutes later one showed up and took our order, we should have left then. We gave our order asked for water, none came My wife asked me, " should get our own water?" I said no so we waited another 10 minutes later we got our water. One star because after waiting 45 minutes after being seated, at almost 12:15 our food came. It was just ok, and served and left on our table as pictured below, we will not go back.
Service was lacking and very frustrating. The food is generally solid for the price, but the menu is limited.
