Hitides is a DELIGHTFUL place to grab a drink and relax (or get a little remote work done). The staff is amazing, and so is the menu. If coffee is your jam, choose from a wide variety if cold and hot concoctions, but if like me, tea is more your thing, never fear - they have you covered there too!Also, be sure to check out their treats as well. I am excited to report they have GF options too! Not to mention Dole Whip?!!In conclusion, a great local hideaway to step out of KC for just a little while and enjoy a tropical vibe.
My first visit here and it was delightful. The Moku Mango bagel toast was delicious! The Hawaiian Macchiato was very refreshing. Calm atmosphere and friendly staff.
I came to this coffee shop for the first time yesterday and I was completely blown away! The atmosphere is incredible. I love how it embodies the aloha spirit in such a cool and creative way. It’s an environment that is super supportive to artists and all types of creative energy.The staff were awesome! I also got a chance to chat with the owner and he is a truly great! Definitely very genuine.I love their different menu options and how much thought and care goes into what they have to offer.I took tons of photos. The space just has photo-worthy sections all over the place.I’m excited to bring other people to this cool spot and I highly recommend checking it out!
What an awesome and different coffee drinking experience. The moment you walk in the door you are greeted with beautiful, relaxing Hawaiian music. It's decorated with wicker furniture, plants, and Hawaiian trinkets. They also offer 4 flavors of bagel toast, donuts from Donutology and Artisan ice cream. Dogs are allowed inside. love the environment. It's very relaxing.
13/10 spot!! I have never seen a happier/more beautiful interior in my life! The mixture of vintage and DIY design work is incredible. It felt like a small piece of Hawaii in KC. I will be forever in love with this place. Creative and delicious food/ drink options.
You know a place is beautiful when you spend the whole time saying, “Wow, this is so pretty!” Beautiful people make beautiful places so much better! The Baristas were patient as we navigated the Hawaiian themed menu. They made suggestions and let us try our different items so we got our monies worth. I had the Hawaiian sunset tea which featured beautiful garnish and my friend enjoyed a very smooth Rose Latte! For sure a place where you can work and enjoy a nice vibe.

This cafe has excellent tropical vibes with genuine decoration and rare collectables from around the world. The coffee is excellent the food is unique and really affordable (recommend the Mango Bagel Toast). The staff is very friendly. The bathrooms are very clean and the seating is incredibly comfortable. My experience was like visiting a friend and having breakfast in their living room. I would definitely recommend.

Good coffee, and a cool unique decor! The staff was nice, and even though me and my friend lost track of time and stayed late, Michelle was still so kind to us! I forgot my backpack in the shop, Kate and Michelle went above and beyond to make sure I got it back. Wonderful people!
