The service was poor and the steak was over cooked. Our server acted as if we were a burden to her. At the end of the meal I felt as if she wears in a rush to get us out of there. I had the KC Strip. I asked for medium rare but it came out medium to medium well. They use quality meat so the steak was still tasty, but not what I expected. The sides are great. I had the cheddar ranch potatoes and roasted corn. My daughter had the burger with fries. She enjoyed the burger and gave it a 4/5. All in all I don’t think I’ll come back. The lackluster service is a dealbreaker.
It's a solid steak house. I didn't get anything that I thought was that much better than Texas Roadhouse or Longhorns... but the price was definitely higher than those places.If I'm going for excellent cuts of meat, I'll go to Antons.If I'm going for quick and yummy, I'll go to Texas Roadhouse.Not a bad place at all. I just don't see the overall value.
I would not recommend!! Ordered steak medium and it was very rare! Just not mine but my daughters also!Went to celebrate a birthday with 8 people…by the time we got our steaks correct everyone else was done eating!! Not impressed at all!! Won’t go back. I will just go to Texas Roadhouse! Better steak by far!!
Considering this is suppose to be a high-end restaurant, it didn't feel like it. The steak and chicken were good and very tender but the sides were flavorless and disappointing. They were definitely short staffed. We went between lunch and dinner so they weren't very busy. The waitress was literally running from table to table and very stressed out. Every time she came back she was out of breath and deep breathing. The employees shouldn't be this over worked. They need to work on the restaurant also. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls, floor is cracked in multiple places, our table was sticky before we sat down. You can tell the cleaning isn't being done as well as.it should be throughout. This was our first time. We were very surprised our experience was just ok.
Just what I was looking for...a leisurely dinner with my wife. Steaks we great, a little under cooked for my wife but that was taken care of. Linda, our waitress was very sweet. Just a relaxing dinner! We'll be back.
Honestly it was 5 star food cause I got a killer burger for 10 dollars on Tuesday the only thing making it a 4 is the fact that there's a hidden fee to do pick up orders. Like I get if it's taking it out to a car Maybe but I work across the street. I walked in got my order and my 10 dollars burger became a 12.69 cent burger simply cause I had to come get it.But still pretty happy cause shoot. McDonald's cost more any more. Wish I could do like 4.5 or something cause it's not that big a deal but just something that stops me from wanting to order there again.
We wanted to get a steak while in Kansas City, since that is their legacy, and Hereford House was recommended. It was not cheap, but was very good. Nice ambience, very good food, and good service. Definitely recommend it.
Server was excellent. Food was great. The steaks were cooked perfectly. Came in from out of town but would definitely eat here again.

Ho baby ho mama ho steakarama. For me personally if a place can't get a sirloin cooked right its not a steakhouse. This place cooked the sirloin to trick my tastebuds into thinking this was a piece of meat from heaven. 100% getting the Kc strip next time going in. Phenomenal food, great selection of beef, fish, sandwiches, or burgers so there's something for everyone. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
