If you need yourself a pick-me-up or even a quick drink to go, then this is the place for you. Great location in the middle of Gladstone serving up excellent drinks left right and Center. This place does some very unique lattes for any persons taste they may have for the day. Personally I found myself coming back just for their Organic Vanilla Matcha Latte which has become my new favorite drink. Interior has a nice charm to it as well and the staff provide great conversation while you wait. Stop in and try something new

This is old location of Headrush, but always popular, because they making great coffee. People are nice and friendly and know what they are doing which I really appreciate. Also, don’t forget to ask about their loyalty program- every 10th coffee for free…
I forgot to take pictures. Dang it. I had the Vanilla Rush with an extra shot. My BF had the Chocolate Rush and a Peanut Butter cookie.My coffee was perfect. Not too sweet, and not too much acid. Had a great mouthfeel. We liked our drinks so much that when we were done with them, we went back for 2nds!According to the BF the cookie was perfectly soft and delicious.I'm in Kansas City a couple of times a month. Now that I've found Headrush; I know where I'll be going for my coffee fix.
Friendliest baristas in KC. They actually seem to enjoy being there. I really like the house blend roast for making coffee at home.
I stopped in at the North Oak Traffic Way location this afternoon, seeking information and advice from someone who knows coffee, to help me on my tasting journey as I seek to learn more. I was MOST fortunate to have stopped in at a time when Eric (listed on the website as a co-owner) was (a) there and (b) able to take the time to, first, ask me some questions, and, second, both answer mine and give me good, solid information and recommendations. Whether or not I end up liking/loving/moving on from the specific coffee he air roasted for me, fresh, as I waited is totally irrelevant. What matters is that I discovered a friendly, helpful person to whom I’ll return … either to buy more of this specific coffee or to learn more from him.
I got the vanilla matcha latte, and my husband got the blueberry matcha latte. They were delicious! I would highly recommend this place. It's way better than the chains! We will definitely be back. The drive through moved in a timely manner.
I love my local family business coffee shop. They roast to order so every pound of coffee is fresh. Hand made espresso yummy every time. Cute place to sit & chat & lots of tea if that’s your thing.

I had a chai latte and my wife had the blueberry matcha latte, and we both loved our drinks. I also really appreciate the friendly, artisan vibe. I look forward to coming back soon.
