Local gem. They have the best chillicheese-hamburgers in North Kansas City. If you’re in the area you gotta check this place out. Typically open late at night. Right off NE Antioch Rd. & Vivion. I’ve eaten here a countless number of times.
Great hidden gem. Great prices on diner style food whose proportions are just perfect for not wasting food. Big selection for a small joint. Crushed ice was a plus!
Was tasty as hell! Every time I’ve been in the staff is friendly. Granted I don’t ask for much. But, always there with a smile and quick to accommodate me and a simple order. Old school hamburger joint where they are soft buttered buns, tasty quality meat patty, topped with onions. Just old fashion hamburger joint with quick high quality food at an incredibly reasonable price in todays crazy world! Will go back and eat many more times over!

Dive diner we always stop at when in the area or airport. Known for chili and burgers. We get the double chili cheese.
1st visit in 30 years of living here in KC Food was bland under seasoned. Onions weren't fresh to add to chili. Triple burger no salt or pepper. They only take cash as well. Plus open overnight. Only thing open to eat. I'll grab something from QT next time this is the options.
Stopped in to try the burger and the chili. The burger was an old school burger grilled on a flat top with onions grilled right into the burger. Simple but delicious. The chili was ok by itself but I can see if being a killer topping on fries, burgers, or hotdogs. I was very pleased with my first experience and will return. They only take cash so prepare accordingly.
A lot of people seem to be fans and the place came highly recommended, but we were not blown away as hoped. We luckily had enough spare cash since they don't take card and we didn't know that. We learned while there that there is an ATM and bathroom on the side of the building. The cheeseburgers were bland and the onion rings and tots were over cooked. All in all the service was fine, but it took a kind regular to tell us the process of seating ourselves and ordering off the wall menu, from our seats, to the gal behind the bar.
I was actually not impressed with the food, but was impressed with the service despite their short handedness. My burger was the size of a slider or toddler meal. The chili for the chilli cheese waffle fries was very dry! The waffle fries themselves were awesome. The chili was like eating dry hamburger with a little bit of seasoning on it. Our daughters enjoyed theirs. Apparently, the pancakes are AMAZING! Would give them another shot, but would probably try the breakfast instead of the burgers.
It was my first time to come here and really enjoyed it. Single cheese and chili cheese fries were delicious. Love the small town diner feel. Much rather that then a fast food burger joint owned by corporate anyday. Will be back.
