One of my favorite places to eat in Gladstonse! I have eaten here since I was in college and 20 years later its still just as good. Food is always amazing and isn't hard in the wallet.

This small family owned business went on their way to make a Grandma's birthday dinner special from her granddaughter who is 1900 miles away. Ross went out of his way and delivered her special birthday dinner and dropped it off after he got off working I truly appreciate their kindness

Love this place. Thier sub sandwiches are above all others. They stack them full of meat. Puts subway and goodcents to shame. The salt shaker in picture is to show the amount of meat they put on the sandwiches. If you are in the Northland of KC, this is a must place to eat. They also have hot dishes. Friendly staff always.

I've been visiting Giovanni's, off and on, for over 25 years. The lasagna is phenomenal. They have the best meatballs in town. Both of which are made in the shop. I can't recommend it enough. Plus you can get fresh deli meats and cheese as well.

The customer service is very good and the food is very tasty. I bought my husband a ruben and now he requests one once a week!! We love the family feel and love put into the food!!

I come from Tulsa Oklahoma to eat at this awesome restaurant!! The best Spaghetti and Meatballs!! I ate there Saturday night!! My daughter brought me here for Mothers Day!! I ate here in November and couldn’t wait to get back!! I hope to be back soon!!

great great food and service!!

I love these family owned small businesses. The food is usually very good and service friendly. This is exactly what Giovanni's Italian Deli and Pasta is.I ordered the meatball sandwich after I found out they make their own meatballs. The meatball sandwich was very good, the 3 meatballs covered the whole sandwich (about 8 inches). The meatballs were tender and flavorful. The sauce was great and they put plenty of sauce and cheese on it.Got my grandson a child spaghetti and he ate all of it with some help from me and my wife. The spaghetti was very good. The sauce was like a gravy, and homemade, it sure tasted like it. The noodles were perfect. Also loved the garlic bread, better than most Italian places. The service was very friendly. This place is very popular with the locals bc there was a steady stream of people coming in. I highly recommend this place.

I've heard fairly good things about this place, so decided to try a meatball sandwich. While I found the sauce and meatballs (although too few at 3) very good, I have little to say about the bread/bun. It is of the lowest and cheapest quality. It is too soft, soggy and chewy. Real Italian bread would have allowed me to rate 5 stars and turned this into a top-notch sandwich. The bread ruined the experience - sorry. I know you could spring $$ for better bread.

Italian Steak over cooked, super tough, but did taste good. The cheese was way too thick for this sandwich too... It was much better 10 years ago as I moved away from Gladstone... The other food I know is very good, I just won't order the Italian Steak. Guess I need to go downtown near 12th street at that sandwich shop as their Italian Steak is always consistant...
