Too expensive one box 10$ for just chicken and rice that it. I am not go there again.
The food is good if your order is correct. Unfortunately though, the last several weeks my order has been incorrect every time at the Antioch location. Often times the wrong vegetable, sauces and other add ons not added to the order, and order notes not being read. Maybe the other locations are more consistent so I would recommend giving those a try.
1/24/2022, sole lady preparing food behind the counter kept sticking her ungloved fingers in her mouth while handling foods. This is unsanitary and a violation of food safety laws.Edit: Also, read some of the company responses to negative reviews. They sound like petulant children with even less sense of accountability. quality of meals is questionable. at first it was great, but eventually it felt like the quality went down. i'm sure they're great people, but feel like the food is not up to par. Was planning to buy from there weekly before i noticed the quality drop.Edit: the response needs to be better beyond "there's no proof of you visiting". I was a customer between 2019 and 2020 right before the pandemic. I don't have exact dates, but I'm also not interested in trying to prove if I visited or not. I only visited the location off 87th street. I have done walk in orders and even ordered a meal pack of 15 meals online. After the 15 meal pack order I stopped visiting because I thought the quality was sub-par . I'm sure youre a nice a person, but I just didn't like the food and wanted to share my experience. Thanks!
I’m eating the chicken chili right now, and I actually messaged the owner to tell him how great the food was. I’ve never done that. Before. As soon as I think they’ve nailed it, they improve it. Love these stores and this good!!
I’ve been sending my personal training clients your way and the food is great by them. Unfortunately having a bad service experience this week. Meals out of stock and I can’t get ahold of a single person at any one of the local locations and it’s still well within business hours. Making it really hard to promote you guys to my personal training clients as they rely on a service like this to stay on track.
Food is good, service is very friendly but prices are too high for the size of each meal. This is why people say it’s expensive to get healthy prepped food. Yet you can get a huge meal at McDonald’s for the same price.Meals are worth about $6 in my opinion, at that price I’d give 5 stars
I started getting these meals a couple weeks ago and fell in love! The beef and dirty rice was the best in my mind, but then yesterday I was warming up my meal and I stirred it and saw something very concerning. It was literally the biggest vein I have ever seen and I immediately lost my appetite. After that I really started to question the quality of the meat used because I have never seen that before and I was really freaked out. Didn't have any complaints until then.
Everything I've ever bought here has been dang delicious. It does seem expensive at the time; when I think of how much I spend on groceries, grub hub and fast-food this place truly is the better economic option .I'm starting to lose the last of my baby weight from delivering twins because I have something delicious in my fridge to eat instead of getting trash-quick-cheap food.In the past, food that I warm in the microwave feels like I'm settling and I'm unsatisfied. Warm these babies up in the microwave, and you would think I had a private chef! I know I sound corny, but I'm dead serious-no cap.

It is convenient for me to be able to get good macros and I like the $5 option on the bottom shelf too so I can get regular priced and those and still have a bill that’s not through the roof!
