It's a fun experience! We went for the first time yesterday and my son loved seeing the trains driving around the restaurant and delivering the food to each table. The staff was fun and helpful, and it was very reasonably priced. Oh! Don't forget to get yourself a shake! The butterscotch one was delicious! Thank you to everyone at Fritz's for your professionalism, cleanliness, and friendly and welcoming attitudes! We look forward to coming back!
Kids loved this place! The food delivery was super cool and it’s going to be talked about for months.The food isn’t good. Hamburgers had very little flavor and it tasted like nothing had any salt on it.As an adult, I give it a 2 stars.My kids gave it a glowing 20 stars.Bring your kids, order for them. Enjoy them actually being entertained while eating, then get some other food for yourself somewhere else in the food court here.
If you're going for the food, DON'T. It's so gross. There's no flavor to the fries. Chicken nuggets are all rib meat. The basket that the food comes in was soaking wet. Like literally dripping wet. Half of the food was soaked. The trains are cool. My nephew had a great time watching the trains go by. Service sucks. The bus boy is very nice and helpful though. I tried to give them a second try and the tables were so gross. Had dried up food on them from the night before.
Let me first say that if you're looking for a fun experience during lunch or dinner, this could be the place. A railroad themed restaurant where the trains positioned above your head drop off your food after you order via a corded phone next to the table. This is the only reason it got more than 1 star. However, if you are looking for good food, this is not the place. The burgers are grilled, like steak burgers, thin, and crispy. They were okay. The hotdog is cut into 4 slices, placed on a bun with pickles. The fries were flavorless and terrible. The drinks were fine and a good size. They serve coke and Dr. Pepper products here. I may go back, not for the food. Give me a few years, though.
This place is absolute chaos. Food is mediocre. Definitely not a place to eat if you don't like onions. Even if you ask for no onions, you will still get some onion and onion flavor. The train whistle is cute the first time but not after that.

Fun experience for lunch. The burgers were just OK but rhe onion rings and shakes were awesome! First time I have ever had food delivered by train :)
Fun experience for the kids. Foods greasy but good. As we were getting up to leave my wife was trying to get our 3yr ready while the other 2 kids and I went to pay and the bussers swarmed the table. We found that kinda rude and annoying. An Everything else was okay.
The food is good. The staff is kind and helpful. It is an awesome place to take children (10 & under) or someone who enjoys trains.
Wonderful place to stop and get lunch. Great tasting old fashioned burgers and really good prices on the food too. I had two of their cheese burgers and fries and a shake and it was only around 10.00. Very filling and the trains that deliver the food was a fun nostalgic way of doing things. My kids loved watching the trains and seeing all the cool decor. We'll be making a trip back to Kansas city just to stop here!
