Food is consistent. Just make sure to be very clear about what you are ordering. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a drink. I got a double cheeseburger basket with fries. Cannot eat all of that. The pyoung man at the counter and I were distracted by a man who could not wait his turn and kept crowding in for an order he was picking up. Pretty aggravating.
Super busy and not enough staff today. You can tell these kids were overwhelmed. I ordered online and picked up, thinking that would be easier, but I waited 20 mins passed when my order was supposed to be done. Food was mostly good. Since my order wasn't ready, i had to keep reminding them what else I needed in my order. I ordered chocolate oreo cookie, but they were out. So we just grabbed vanilla. No big deal. I felt badly for staff.
Order took 20 minutes. Mentioned it took lo ger than expected. The manager Stacy's response was want to fill out an application? Have you ever worked in the service industry? Do you know how hard it is to get help? You would have thought she might have said something more in the line of sorry it took so long ? Or we are short staffed? Think she could use some customer service training. Needless to say I will nit return to that location.
Employees & food are great.Company needs to get new cup & lids at restaurant depot or Amazon ASAP.Culver's had to do the same thing.
Had 2 concrete at the Liberty Mo store. Worst ever, mostly melted ice cream with toppings all on the bottom due to the melted mess. Cups were covered in the melted juices. Just nasty
Dined inside burgers and fries were awesome as always service was fast as fast price is still a little high I but nonetheless we enjoyed
I had the fish sandwich and was impressed. It was delicious!My only issue was we almost missed eating here because they closed at 7pm on a Saturday evening!
The way they bagged our food the bag was unstable and the fries got cold quickly. One of our fry sauces had a hole in it probably by a finger nail. They shoved 40 dollars worth of food in one paper bag. It almost ripped and spilled everything.
Manager locked the door due to employees walking off job. Otherwise food was good!!
Loved their burger. The spicy fry sauce is awesome didn't like the fries but I don't care for anybodies fries.
