Very dirty inside. The app never works. Costumer service is horrible and slow. It's not that they don't have enough staff. The staff are not working, they are distracted at all times.Also, no uniformity on working uniforms. Girl on the drive through window was wearing a very tiny little shorts. Not appropriate for this kind of family restaurant.
Ordered food at the drive through. Total was around $50. Hand my card over and get card and receipt back. There was a charge on there for a fry that I did not order. But whatever. Was told everything was in the bag. Get home to feed the kids and not only am I missing the fry that I didn’t order but paid for but I was also missing an order of chicken tenders. Called the store and spoke with someone and said he would be mailing me a free meal card. Well, it’s been about 2 almost 3 weeks and I still haven’t received anything.
LOVE Freddy's, HATE this location. The past 4 times I've been here they've messed up my order. I know what you're thinking....why do you keep going back then? The answer to that is because my girlfriend loves the food. When I say they messed up my orders they usually just forget stuff but this last time they up charged me for something I didn't even order. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT LEAVE THE DRIVE-THRU UNTIL YOU CHECK YOUR BAG!!!
I like the place pretty good, it reminds me a lot of Steak and Shake. The employees are pretty nice but I think the prices are too high. They're about double what you spend at Steak and Shake for the same thing.
When to have a nice lunch. All the tables were dirty. And to make it better someone left a toothbrush, how gross ?
Have you ever been openly mocked by the people taking your order in the drive-thru? This is the worst service I have ever experienced even with all of the shortages in labor right now at all the restaurants. You can't even call it customer service, I was openly mocked and bullied. Go somewhere else if you expect any level of respect.
I’m sad to have to give this rating to a place that I like to get decent food from. The General who founded this company would be disappointed. We ordered through DoorDash, which is probably what caused the issues we had. We waited for an hour for someone to make a five minute drive to our new place while we were getting our things moved into our new apartment. Aside from the fact that the food was cold, my girlfriend couldn’t eat her food because it was made incorrectly. She asked that certain items not be put on her food because she can’t eat them, and she received a meal that had everything on it. I won’t say I’m never coming back. I’ll definitely think twice about ordering through DoorDash again, and I’m definitely walking into Freddie’s to ensure that I get the food I ask for. IN this day and age, I t’s unfortunate that it has to be this way.
I had a bad experience with a Freddy's over a year ago and having been back since. So I decided to give it another try. While I'm not a huge fan of their small fries the burger was surprisingly delicious.
This place is run mostly by teenagers, but they’re the most polite teenagers I’ve ever seen work a job like this! Not to mention that the food is always awesome, my order is always corrects, and they always let me have extra sprinkles!
Freddy's makes burgers like Bo Bo's in Topeka KS, without going to Topeka.They cook on a cook top grill and add a little water during the process causing the meat to bark up a little giving you a crunchy outer surface. Very good.I didn't go with a five rating only because I personally don't really care for shoe string fries. But if you do, your set!
