If you like a smashed burger patty this is the place for you. I had the Freddy's special turtle custard sundae too, trust me just gets the kids size as they're massive. Fries were CRISPY and delicious and you've got to love diet Dr. Pepper on top. Personally I like the slightly thicker Culver's burgers more but you really can't go wrong at this place. So bomb.
Over filled shake and sunday, messy sloppy and unclean employee hands. On a more positive not at least this store has product tonight unlike kcks.

They're pretty inconsistent with their food. Some visits are good and others aren't. Some times their burgers have flavor and other times they are bland. I came here last week after work and I was concerned about their kitchen's safety protocols. We ordered two burgers, one with bacon and no bun, and the other plain. Both burgers came out with bacon and the one ordered plain came out with pickle and mustard. When we let them know that it was supposed to be a plain burger, the lady took the burger back, pulled off the top bun and the pickles and replaced the top bun. So they left the bacon and really didn't address an incorrectly made burger. If someone with a food allergy had that happen, and they only replaced the top bun, the burger would still be cross contaminated.
My mom ordered a meal and it came with a piece of hair. -_- . I got the chili cheese fries.They did make a whole new meal but still just not right. They also gave me free meal ticket. Staff was nice but I'm just not happy ?.
I love Freddie's, but this location has never gotten our orders 100% correct. There isnt any reason a chocolate brownie delight has no brownies and mysterious slivers of some red substance, could it be chopped up cherries, I guess, but it's not supposed to have that. Just one whole cherry on the top. This is both going through drive through, ordering on app, and ordering through door dash. Other locations don't have this problem but for some reason it always happens at this location. And the concretes should be blended not all the toppings at the bottom
5.69 for Chicago dog. Bun had closed ends. Dog 2" longer than bun on both ends. Topping were in the bun with dog laying on top.Reply to: Response from the owner.Thanks for the follow-up. My first time. First my apologies to the gentleman on the speaker for calling him ma'am, speakers do no justice and I'm partially tone deaf. Food; Burgers and onion rings good, burger patties little too thin. Chili cheese fries was bland, wont get again. Desert; Strawberry concrete good. Price; little pricey. Spent $6 on what was supposed to be chicken tenders and it was basically chicken nuggets. They are truly overpriced and it wasn't even full chicken tenders. So disappointing. This is my first time having them. I will never ever go here for chicken tenders again. Also the french fries were cold. It would have been nice if I could have at least had hot fries with my chicken nuggets. Sad.
We just left there and the person that's doing the fries needs training on the size of fries and just threw them in the bag. I took a picture of the fries but you can't load pictures and before my order I told her about our last experience she didn't care. We won't be back where is Culver's
